Everything, it was cozy, clean and has everything you need. In an ideal spot for looking around Hull city. Host were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay

Lovely apartment in Central location lovely and clean the bed is very very comfortable had a excellent sleep only thing I would say is a fan for in there as it can get quite warm if you can have the window open but then it's noisy with it been the city centre but would book again thank you

Excellent instructions to the property. Very well decorated, great city center location. The host was very responsive.
Had to contact the host to figure out how to switch the hot water on. The WiFi was not working.

Clean, convenient and pleasant to stay in. Comfortable bed.
No hot water and no instructions on how to put it on. We did manage to. Only 2 mugs and one of them was chipped. No point in putting on a dishwasher so had to keep washing the mugs up. No drainer for the dishes.

The flat is in a great location and is very well set up with everything you need for a stay away. Communication and check-in info were excellent. We'd thoroughly recommend it!

The mattress on the double bed may need changing as it is starting to dip in the middle few back pains on some days

Easy to get there
Very basic decor. Didn’t feel homely at all - no pictures up etc. Would be very easy to remedy and would make such a difference. Welcome message in flat would have been nice. Also cheap quality bedding….not good!!

it’s clean, modern and very comfortable, the iron and ironing board were very handy.
There was only one roll of toilet paper which meant we had to go and purchase more during our stay. There weren’t enough towels for two people, this was quickly remedied by the owner so wasn’t too much of an issue. The apartment didn’t have a hairdryer despite one being listed. after a quick chat with the owner we went and bought a cheap one and we were immediately reimbursed for our purchase, hopefully this one doesn’t get taken by future guests (unlike the original one).

Loved how modern the decor was and how close to the city centre it was! The host was amazing and so accommodating to all the questions I had!
