Situated in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for R 4,378 per night is a great option for your next break. Tropical Breezes is a spacious 3bed/2bath beautifully decorated half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach. There is a brand-new tiki hut & paver patio outback with comfortable seating. Pull your boat up to the 37ft lighted dock after a day of fishing. You can clean your catch on the lighted fish cleaning table. In the attached garage you will find plenty of storage for all of your fishing gear and the bait freezer is located here as well. There are 4 bicycles and 3 kayaks (2 singles, 1 double) for your use as well! You have the chance to see manatee's, rays, jellyfish and so much more! The kitchen is fully equipped with large counters & breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, the bathroom will feature double sinks & a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom will have a queen bed, the second guest bedroom will have two full beds. The guest bathroom features a shower tub combo. The dining room table will comfortably seat 8 people and the breakfast bar has enough bar stools for 4 people. There is an outside dining table as well for you to enjoy the tropical breeze. Guests are also welcome to visit the Cabana Club for its swimming pool, whirlpool, private beach, and Tiki Bar. Key Colony Beach was designed for people who like to walk to restaurants, tourist shops, golf course, beaches or just sit on the bridge and take photos of iguanas. It's a Tropical wonderland for you to explore on foot or boat. It's the ideal destination for boating, fishing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, relaxing on the beach, and more. Key West is a scenic 53-mile drive south, or explore nearby Marathon's shops and restaurants and attractions. Guests will be less than 10 minutes to the open ocean and gulf. Plenty of walking and biking paths to the city where you'll find the marina, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, playgrounds and more! Amenities will include: TVs, Wifi, Cable/Satellite, dockage, bait freezer, brand new tiki hut, outdoor dining table, lounge area under tikis, plastic Adirondack chairs, 4 bicycles, 2 single & 1 double kayak & so much more Have a large group and need another house? Check out Island Time! It is right next door. Also check out A Cut Above, Mermaid Magic and Latitude Adjustment. These are all on the same street and walking distance to each other. Garage is for storage only. No rvs, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. ***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels ect. Kayaks and bikes were awesome and we used them almost daily. Grill and tiki cabana on back deck was wonderful to shade us from the sun. Lots to do nearby. Only issue we had was the fridge and freezer took at least 24 hours to work properly. I’m assuming they turn it off in between visits. We thought it was broken since we had purchased a week worth of groceries that would not get cold and unthawed. But after 24 hours it worked great. So just a heads up wait to go to the grocery. Loved the cabana club also good drinks and food with a clean beach and heated pool. Would definitely return to this property if in key colony again.

The place looks just like the pictures online !!! It was immaculate and had everything you need to have a great vacation!! If we had a question the management team was very quick to answer by either call or text . The tiki hut on the patio overlooking the canal was where we spent most of our time . That was a great addition to this property this past year . The kitchen is well equipped and there is an nice outdoor grill . The beds are comfortable. A nice jester was the vacation basket left by the management filled with goodies to make our stay pleasurable. You won’t be sorry if you rent this property!! The 4 bikes were used as we used them to get to the Cabana Club (access is included free with your rental) where there is a pool , hot tub , tiki bar and small eatery. We spent lots of time there . Only downfall was we couldn’t use the kayaks and we couldn’t get them into the canal and had no truck to transport them . I give it 5 stars!!

The property has lots of amenities: beautiful deck to hang out, tons of cooking ware and towels, kayaks and bikes to use for fun rides in the neighborhood. The community is quiet and upscale, with large groceries and good restaurants nearby. Turns out the Cabana Club’s private beach that comes with the rental is the best swimming beach in town!

There were a couple of issues. The fridge ice maker wasn't dispensing ice or water. It did make ice we just had to remove the bin manually. The kitchen faucet head is broken and the front door electronic keypad doesn't work. However this was still a great location and the home was clean. The kitchen had every appliance needed and plenty of dishes and silverware for my family. I loved that there was a welcoming basket upon arrival that had some laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, some other essentials that were very helpful during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels to use as well. There were bikes and a kayak for us to use as well. We would definitely pick this home again if we're in town for mini season. The boat ramp is not far and we had access to the cabana club which has a pool and a small private beach area.
