Located in Newport, this attractive condo for R 9,412 per night is a great option for your next vacation. It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with nice light at all hours of the day. Enjoy your stay away from home with all the amenities that you are leaving behind. Large comfortable beds with the best linens, large TVs and nice a kitchen to make anything you want. If your feeling adventurous, this home is located in the heart of Broadway, just steps away from all the local hangouts spots. And for the morning, you are 50 feet away from Newports new Nitro Coffee Bar. Please note, there is no designated parking at the location. All parking is street parking only We like to give our guests as much space as they want so accessing the house is super easy with our check-in instructions. All the locks are keypad smart locks so no need to get keys. Check-in time is anytime after 3PM and come and go as you please. Parking is street parking only and is usually pretty easy to find given the location. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors and suggestions for parking. As we like to give you space, we are also very available for anything guest might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give a call and we are here to help! Located in the heart of downtown Broadway, you are steps away from all the local hangouts, coffee shop and Caleb and Broad. Walking down Broadway is a great people watching opportunity and stop in to anyplace that looks interesting. And a 7 min walk further down Broadway, you will end up in Downtown Newport Waterfront were the best restaurants and bars and shopping are all at your finger tips. Sitting at The Black Pearl outdoor patio for the best clam chowder is a must on your list. Access to the guest units is extremely easy with keyless touchpad smart locks. Come and go as you please and no need to schedule time to pick up keys. All guest will have access to their apartment with their own private kitchen and private bathroom. If your a walking person, everything is within a 10 minutes walk to what you might want to see. 1st Beach is also about 10-15 min walk. If your looking to go see the mansions, might want to get an Uber or walk to town to jump on a pedi cab to still explore the town just moving a little faster than on foot. There is the Newport buss transport that you can jump on and off.

A friend and I spent a week in Newport at this fabulous apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and well represented in the description. Having the restaurants so close on Broadway was great - easy to walk to those and downtown. I was worried that parking would be a problem but there was always a space right out front. If coming back to Newport we would definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect location, just far enough away from the busy section but close enough to walk to the main drag near the ward. Also very close to other neighbors bars and restaurants and the nitro coffee shop next door was great. We loved the ease of check-in and our little courtyard. The place was cozy, with the fireplace, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was literally perfect. We checked in late in the evening but the keyless locks made access easy. The apartment is immaculate and smells so inviting and clean. Very comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked and bathroom also was clean and had everything we needed. Extra thank you for the Keurig coffee cups! A definite plus. Parking on street was easy and everything is under 10 minutes away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Newport.

Our family booked this apartment last minute. It was a great central location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The Nitro coffee spot 2 doors down was the best. The apartment was so cozy and beautifully furnished. It was a perfect home away from home. Hope to get back again soon.

We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings and fittings at this condominium. It was spacious, very clean and tidy, and offered all of the amenities one could need. The property is centrally located to everything in Newport - It is one block off of Broadway and in walking distance of countless restaurants, bars, and shopping. It's 10 minutes to the water and a short drive to tour the mansions. This will be our go-to choice when visiting Newport, which we usually do several times a year.

Pros, Very clean, good location, had pretty much everything we needed. Cons A/C wouldn’t stay on. We had to contact someone to try to get it working. They got back to us very quick, asked to look at it while we were out, couldn’t fix the problem, said they would send someone the next day, unfortunately no one showed up or called. That is the only disappointing thing with our stay. Fortunately the weather was nice enough that the A/C was needed anymore. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as advertised. Host responded promptly when we had a question. Nice space overall and we enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to outfit the kitchen a bit better - it was missing some of the basics we’ve enjoyed elsewhere (more mugs, sugar, etc.) But overall a nice stay in a well-cared for property in a great location

Beautiful and clean apartment for my family of 5 to stay at during our trip to Newport. Walkable to everything incl. lots of local restaurants. Off the beaten path away from loud touristy area. We stayed on the second floor and there was a lovely courtyard to enter and use. Only one picky thing is that if the space accommodates up to 6 people, there should be enough plates/bowls for when we want to cook and eat indoors. Beautiful kitchen but most empty cabinets- having serving bowls would be helpful. Otherwise I’d highly recommend this place to stay.
