What breakfast?
The ad was misleading. There was no pool in sight.

The home was decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Good location.
Kitchen was filthy and not well equipped. Some of the pots and pans were rusted. BBQ was not cleaned and propane was empty. Shower stall was not usable. Bunk beds were not usable as they were located in basement which was damp and smelled of mold and mildew. Most likely related to defunct gutters. I have ticket number 8174267 which listed all complaints

The toddler loved running on the big deck. The location was convenient to the Fryeburg Fair and to my sister’s place in Lovell. Everything was neat and clean at this property.
We loved everything about this property. No complaints.

The kitchen and deck were wonderful, and there were no bats above the 1st floor.
