About this house rental
Located in Marco Island, this charming house for R 10,333 per night is a great option for your next trip. While Marco Island’s beauty is present throughout the entire island, this house is in one of the island’s best locations, a short walk from beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and miniature golf. This 2,300 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, one trundle bed and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The lanai is enclosed by a white fence giving you total privacy as you float in the heated pool or relax on sun loungers. After enjoying a day by the pool, there’s only one way to close out the night without having to leave the comfort of your home, or rather, your lanai: fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on a shaded lanai table. Inside, spacious rooms of sun-brightened, sand-inspired tile are tastefully filled with stylish furnishings, tropical and oceanic artwork, and all the comforts of your home away from home. The living room, in particular, features direct lanai access through its massive sliding glass doors. For the safety of you and your family, especially your children, these doors are connected to an alarm that sounds whenever they are opened, so you’ll know whenever someone goes out to or comes in from the lanai. The kitchen features pure white cabinets, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a quartz island with bar stools, and all modern appliances and cookware. Serve dinner on a wooden table beside floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lanai and tropical garden. Or use the blender to mix up some ice-cold cocktails to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down. The bedrooms all feature tile floors and ample closet and drawer space, and the master bedroom gives you an en suite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, and glass doors that open up to the lanai. This home was family friendly with spacious area that included large kitchen, family room and 4 bedrooms. Great privacy areas for each guest. Beautiful patio and pool area. Especially liked the pool alarms for our grandsons. The hosts thought of everything from having plenty of beach/pool toys, bikes that were like new, games, kitchen items. They thought of everything. Great location to our favorite beach area and restaurants.

Rented at 540 Fieldstone with our family of 5. Perfect home and great vacation. Home is even nicer in person. Clean and modern, like new. We enjoyed the space (plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms) and having the pool. Would def. Recommend this home!

BUT we were looking forward to the inside outside lifestyle as depicted in the photographs, unfortunately you can’t open the doors onto the lanai for more than 15 seconds without a very loud alarm going off. These are very heavy doors which made eating outside awkward to coordinate. Also, although you can go out through various doors using the alarm bypass, there is only one door that you can come back in. We asked the agent if the alarm could be over-ridden but they advised that this could only be done by the owners and the request was passed on but with no response to date. We have asked for the information regarding the alarm to be updated on the website and perhaps changing some of the photos. In summary, would we recommend this property, yes as long as the alarm isn’t a problem for you.
