Also known as “The Family Beach,” Holden Beach is recognized as a top beach by USA Today, and one of National Geographic Traveler’s Magazine top 10 family beach destinations. It is the perfect destination for your next vacation. Minutes from the beach, Off the Hook is ready for you to come relax while you enjoy breath taking views from the widows watch. PROPERTY DETAILS Off the Hook is perfect for multiple families. This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. There is corn hole boards, and a jumbo sized connect four game awaiting you in the patio area. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a large open living area and a convenient wet bar. This house is very spacious. The elevator goes to all floors. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: King, full bath Room 2: King, full bath Room 3: Queen, Queen, full bath Room 4: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen and a half bath. Second Floor- Room 5: King, full bath Room 6: King, full bath Room 7: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is an additional $80 per night with a 3 night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th. Pets are not permitted at this property. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property. Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Please note that tape, tacks, glue dots, or removable tape are prohibited from being placed on any wall. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out. Free Wifi

This is the first time we rented a house at the beach for the entire family, all 18 of us from 6 mos old to more than I care to admit. The house worked very well for us. Plenty of room for families, sleeping babies and parents once children had gone to bed. The kitchen was well supplied and adequate space, several refrigerators and ample seating. It was a short walk to the beach. Having a pool was great as well. The only down side was getting on and off the island at change over times. We would definitely go back. The owners though of pretty much everything to make our stay a success. You won't be disappointed.

Everything from the size of the elevator for our grandson in a wheelchair to wonderful pool area was great. Only issue was too many bunk beds and not enough regular size for our 3 grandsons well over 6’ tall. Great spaces for quiet reading, game playing, swimming, some working, and making memories!

How was beautiful! Location was great very residential and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Amanda did a great job communicating before and during the trip. Pool was amazing! So glad we chose to heat in the last week of May it was the perfect temperature

Our family of 17, age 2 to 71 had a fantastic week at this property! It is a large home with room for everyone. Beach and private pool were wonderful. We also enjoyed fishing, mini golf and the pier in the Holden Beach community. This is a 5 star property!

Everything your family could want was there. Beautifully built with pleasing decor. Large pool with huge deck and covered area with all the furniture and toys you need. Kitchen was complete with a variety of appliances and utensils. Short walk to beach that was never crowded. All around a great place to vacation!

This property was much better than we expected!! As you can tell from the pictures, it is beautifully furnished and decorated! The owners thought of everything we needed to make us feel at home! The kitchen had everything one would ever need to entertain a large group from stoneware, glasses of all types, utensils, pots and pans, and kitchen appliances!! The balconies were furnished with tables ( 10-12 person) and furniture groupings that promoted fun and good times or quiet times alone. We were pleasantly surprised with this since the pictures didn't really feature it with the furniture. There is everything you need for the beach and pool in the "garage" from floaties, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a wagon and golf cart to transport them!! There were tons of indoor and outdoor games for all ages for both indoors and out! We were there during the hurricane and had to stay inside most of one day, and no one complained at all. There are several refrigerators to provide plenty of space for goodies!! I can't say enough good things about this property!! We are all hoping to enjoy and make more wonderful memories in this lovely home!! We are grateful to the owners for providing us with such a wonderful place to enjoy!!

We had a great stay at Off The Hook. We had everything we needed and we felt very welcome and accommodated. The house sat just enough off the busier main street to sit more quietly on the second street yet still have just a short walk to the beach. And the pool was the perfect. Thanks for having us!
