Place was a mess. No soap in the shower. Lock on door was faulty. There was no television.

Great location. Opposite Papamoa Plazza and 5 min walk to the beach. Very quite and comfy beds. Free wifi and washing machine available to use on request. Owner is great to communicate and it's self check in.
