We really liked the resort for being well quiet and clean. The apartment facilities were great (more than 5 stars)

In fact, I was overly surprised by the policy that obliged us to pay for insurance deposit of 300 USD although this requirement did not exist at all on the page where I made the booking (but later discovered in other unclear notes). However, the staff instisted we must pay before getting in and left us no option, and refused all alternatives including payment in cash against receipt. Anyway we had to pay and the staff clarified (which is on the voice note) that on the check out date, we will receive full refund as soon as we leave the property; yet, the staff instisted they must compete the inspection at their convenient time, so we waited until the end of the day 3july to get a refund which should have been made as soon as we checked out as confirmed by the staff. Third, the payment of the deposit was made on a personal account which again raises numerous questions of legality and professionalism of handling lease rights with no guarantees. The attitude of the staff was not professional and indifferent and shows no flexibility in handling the matter properly and professionaly

I felt like home. I found everything I needed. The studio was clean, all amenities were included. The area was quite and is a great option if you want to relax.
