I had an excellent stay at Octavius Holidays home in Dubai! The location was convenient with nearby grocery stores, and the host was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The amenities provided added to the overall comfort, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

All the flat not much the photo in booking also in the bedrooms have bed bug insect, we all got pinched in our bodies and couldn’t sleep that’s why I checked out early from the apartment.

The host was very professional,indeed a lovely place to stay specially for families/groups. Complete things for cooking, they have fridge and microwave. Essentials was well provided aswell..

Very worst experience in hotel sty life in my Life

1. Absolute best bit was the property manager Mohammed. Helpful, trustworthy and approachable. 2. Property is decent size, everything works.

1. Guests need to be aware this is NOT a hotel but effectively an AirBNB. This is NOT bad but does render a different experience. 2. Things like towels, sheets, pillows, mattresses etc are as you might find in a residence rather than hotel.

The facility had almost everything we needed and could think off and was very comfy and quite for the family. Restaurant options in the building were great and the commute to most of the attractions we had in mind were closeby. The house was fully equipped and the host was super friendly and flexible in accommodating us, they even arranged a microwave for us on request. They were flexible in check in and check out as well. The amenities of the property were really good too including swimming pool and gym

The location was a little tricky as there was road closure everywhere around the property resulting in difficulty in navigation, Google maps was always routing around in loops for close by places. Though the bed space can hold up to 10ppl, the water heater is capable of serving Max 4 at a time. The parking garage is really complex and needs you to be alert and drive sharp to get in and out.
