We enjoyed this house. It had all we needed and was very comfortable. We also loved the cat who came to visit from next door. He was very sweet.

Very nice time. The back yard was amazing. I could of just stayed back there all week. The gas grill was not working properly, I let Mike know and he brought a brand new one over. The house was clean and very well maintained Thank you for letting me make good memories with my daughter. I will definitely rent again when I come back to Florida

This house was perfect for our little family trip! The house was very clean and well maintained. Completely stocked with more things you would need! Beach chairs, cooler, towels, the kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook meals there. The pool was clean and so nice right out our back doors. The beds we’re comfortable as well. Really convenient and walkable to little fun downtown area of safety harbor. 25 min Drive to Clearwater beaches but during this busy week of spring break we were grateful to be in a quiet space with our 4 year old! Enjoyed the short walk to downtown Safety Harbor. Cool little town with plenary of restaurants and bars. Along with shopping and ice cream/candy stores for the kids. I would come back again

The home was good for us and we absolutely loved Safety Harbor. A few suggestions for improvements at the property: fix slow draining draining bath tub and slow running water in kitchen. Also, pool would be SO much more usable if it were heated. Water temperature never got above 72 degrees 🙁We knew when we rented it was unheated, just didn’t expect it to be so cold in 85 degree weather.

2 weeks of fishing, dining and quiet downtown walks in the evenings. Close to everything you will need but you won’t need much as this cottage feeling home is incredibly well stocked with everything from paper goods to a cooler and nice beach chairs. Pool lanai and private back yard are perfect for the down days when you feel like just reading a book grilling and getting sun. Highly recommended!

The house was a fabulous find - so clean and well-stocked with a location that could not be beat, walking distance to downtown where there were many restaurants, breweries, and shops. Easy for two couples to share comfortably and a bonus of being dog friendly. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy.

It was a great stay and all. The only thing is the pool was cold. But other then that is was a great time and I would do it again.

Wonderful little cottage home, walkable to the charming town and pier/park. Screened in pool and patio is a bonus that we loved for breakfast and afternoon swims. Great location, very clean. This home is so well stocked with all the essentials you could need and having the towels and linens provided was so nice! So so grateful to be able to bring our dogs 😃.

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed! The fenced in yard was very nice too! We enjoyed pool every evening. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The house is so quaint and well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is amazing as you can walk to all the cool restaurants and ice cream/cafes. The owners were super responsive about an ac issue. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in this area! The pool of course was the highlight fir our kids and the fenced in yard perfect for our dog to get zoomies out. We had a great and fun vacation

We loved the fact you can just walk to town and Safety Harbor is a wonderful town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the yard.

Many supplies were included, even some food left by previous renters. The pool area and yard were very nice. I would like to return during the summer to be able to enjoy it as the water was too cold for swimming during our stay in March. I recommend this house and hope to return!

We loved absolutely everything about this home! Super clean - check; well -appointed - check; more than amply supplied basics - check; comfortable furniture and bed - check; gorgeous back patio and pool - check; easy stroll into the heart of the great little town of Safety Harbor - check; responsive hosts - check. Donna and Mike, thanks so much for accommodating our winter storm travel changes and for a wonderful 6-week stay!

We have stayed in VRBO locations in the past that were not at all what they advertised. This property was everything it advertised and more. My parents live in Oldsmar and previously we had just stayed at their home, however they live there full time now and have 2 cats, so that was not an option this visit (as we have 2 dogs). We have been to Safety Harbor several times in the past for dinner or festivals so we knew the area. The fully fenced in yard was great (we could let our dogs out and still see them from the lanai). Although we did not utilize the pool as it was December and we picked the coldest week to visit (still warmer than our home state), it was clean. Mike let us know when the pool guy would be stopping by so that we could wrangle our dogs and they didn't bark. We did not see the pool man (whether he came or we just weren't around is unknown). The home had all linens and cooking utensils (although we didn't cook there), TV's with streaming apps, hair dryer and many soaps, etc (presumably left from previous guests). Although we are used to a king size bed at home, the queen bed was comfortable. We did speak with a few neighbors and all were so friendly. All in all this was a great home to stay in and would recommend to anyone in the future.

Nice house within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Owner very prompt on any questions you might have. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Overall experience was great. Kids enjoyed the pool every day. Everything was provided had all the comforts of home. Even had some card games couple outdoor toys for the kids. Could walk to the main strip of Safety Harbor. We had family in Clearwater we were 10 minutes from them. There were only 2 bath towel sets so we had to buy our own. We only brought beach towels.

The house was spotless. The pool great. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great location, only 2 blocks to Main St with plenty of restaurants, short walk to harbor. The beach is a 10min drive, not good for swimming but Clearwater is only 25-30 min drive.
