This home was spacious, very clean and cute decor. This was a change of scenery trip so we worked most of the time but it was worth it to see the water. Unfortunately there was construction going on for a new house and the seawall so it was very noisy during the day. Overall and awesome and safe house. Owner answered questions immediately. Would stay at again!

So first thing. There are two rolls of toilet paper for four people. I call him and he says there is extra in the spare bathroom. Not!!! So we buy toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent because there is none. My other rentals are always greatly stocked. Grill was out of gas. he did bring that. First night sprinkler system broke and was pounding the window upstairs. We fixed that. Then we are swimming in the pool the first night and all day the next day. No lights around the pool and it seems dirty. The next day we return from the beach to swim in the pool and my daughter goes in knee deep. She gets blisters on her legs and we smell chlorine. I call the landlord, he is defensive and says how was he supposed to know what the pool people are doing. So the pool guy calls me and says we should have let you know we had all those chemicals in the pool and there were other chemicals in it when we were swimming because they were fighting phosphates. No one notified us and my daughter has blisters on her legs. I was really ill from swimming in the other chemicals we didn't know were there. They came and put lights in and out by the pool the last night we stayed there. We spent our whole week in darkness out there and couldn't even swim . It was disappointing. Then we found a shingle piece with a huge rusty nail in the outside shower. Luckily we did not step on it or would have been in the hospital. There were countless workers coming and going all weekend they left the gates open and our dog got out. The house is beautiful and Jerry and his wife were nice when they responded. I just felt very disappointed as all my other rentals have been so cordial and caring. This guy didn't really care. So if you stay there be careful, the house is beautiful though.

Loved the house with great views!

Enjoyed every minute in this beautiful house. The private swimming pool & jacuzzi was very relaxing. The upstairs deck was amazing. Beds & pillows were very comfy! Would highly recommend this property to friends & family. Had a fantastic time!

The location and house where great however we had a few issues. The pool was not the cleanest when we arrived and by the end of the week I had to call because it was green. However the owner sent the pool guy the next day! The is really only a two bedroom house. The 3rd room is not contained to the central AC and very hot down there. The elevator is the only access unless you go outside. The cleaning crew was still there when I arrived on my first day and they most definitely didn’t dust. There was also some mold in the master bathroom along with living room vents/speakers.
