About this house rental

Norfolk street is nestled in Old Dunsborough where gardens and trees provide a calming retreat. The old golf course is located one street behind where you will often see kangaroos grazing on the greens during a morning walk. The verandah looks onto a bush boundary that hosts a variety of birds and other wildlife. Open plan living with high ceilings, wood burner, and off street parking. Only a short drive to the town centre, beaches, wineries and cafes it is a convenient and relaxing place to stay. We are also pet friendly, the verandah is secured (for larger dogs) however, we tend to leave our dogs inside the house when we go out as it is more comfortable and secure. Please note that linen is NOT provided. This property is strictly no smoking.

2 Front doors very very confusing when it’s dark and you are fully stressed after a 5 hour drive.

Far enough and yet close enough to the downtown area

Not far from town. Lovely quiet area. Though if you have small dogs they might be able to get through the fence.

Our stay was very enjoyable with beautiful beaches and the Margaret River region right on our doorstep. We would have liked to have wood chopped for cold evenings as the three of us were older women and the idea of swinging an axe was a bit intimidating. 😉However, there was a heater that helped heaps. The house was very very clean, but there were a few spider webs hanging from the ceilings. Apart from our two minor issues, it was a lovely and comfortable stay with beautiful scenery and lots of lovely places to visit . Thank you for hosting us.

We had a most pleasant and enjoyable weekend at 55 Norfolk street in Dunsborough. The house is spacious and comfortable. I would like to mention that the two back bedrooms have a very strong unpleasant odour and as we had no need of them we closed the doors. It may be pet urine or some such but I thought I’d bring it to your notice as you may like to investigate. Other than that it was great. Thank you so much. Dee.
