La cadre était parfait. Nous avions une petite terrasse privative et un petit coin feu + chaises devant un plan d'eau (idéale pour une petite grillade avec un temps plus chaud). L'appartement était très propre, très fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Le seul petit bémol : les transports desservent assez mal l'endroit. Il faut compter entre 12 et 30 min de trajet à pied avant d'avoir le premier bus nous emmenant à Rotterdam. Trajet se faisant très bien en vélo !

The location is superb. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood surrounded by nature with all the commodities for a pleasant stay. The check-in process is very smooth and the way the hosts have set up the guest apartment is very smart and functional. They had a great guide to get around and lots of nice touches to make us feel extra welcome. I especially enjoyed the garden and the fact I could use the jetty to jump into the river. This accommodation really sets the bar very high :) I can't recommend it enough for a visit to Rotterdam.

Incredible location on a quiet street along a river. Great privacy with access to a patio. We rented bikes from the owner for 5 days and got around the city that way (20 mins to city center, 15 mins to Erasmus University campus). Took daily walks in the neighborhood and saw a lot of people biking, rowing and running.

If you are very tall the lower-than-usual ceilings may not work well for you.

The apartment is small but very cosy. There is also big, beautiful garden at guest's disposal. Everything you need for a barbecue can be found in the garden. The house is located far from the bus stop, but you can rent a bike from owners, so it is not a problem. The owners are very nice and friendly people. They prepared a small, modest but tasty breakfast on the first morning and welcoming wine for arrival. They have thought of every detail, from the newspapers in the toilet to the hand-designed and printed wine labels on the bottle of wine. It feels like they love what they do.

Beautiful area and property, extremely peaceful. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Would stay again.

Rustic location, clean place, good internet. Pretty garden and river with wildlife right outside and in view. Very friendly host.

The connection to the public transport required a little bit of walking, which is really my own fault for not checking that head of time. That said, the walk was nice as you are probably as much in nature as you can be in a city. The host also has bikes for rent.

Nice space, great location, good bed, comfortable coach.

i expected more privacy for this amount of money - the direct terrace is not private where people can look directly into the property - 3 times a day someone was coming down there to feed the cat. Apparently the private terrace is in a next garden. cleanliness; the couch and chair were dirty and there was a dirty plate was in the oven. You can only cook a pizza in the oven, there is no oven dish. in total slightly disappointed.
