We had an excellent stay. Our family highly recommends this property. Location is superb. No need to get back in the car to do anything after a day of skiing- food, shopping, entertainment all right within the block after the family gets ready which is extremely convenient. We were in E-ville during a particularly cold stretch and the girls stayed plenty warm and cozy all night.
Host has all proper pre-arrival info and communicates quickly and professionally with questions.
The building has great historical value- pretty interesting to see. You should check it out.

The condo was right in the middle of the Main Street in Ellicotville. Very loud but that is to be expected. The condo was solid. Some confusion with the instructions-the side door code did not work to get into the building but that code did work on the front door. Little things were missing from the condo that could have made it even better (similar to other rentals we have had)-no Kcups for the coffee pot, dish washer did not work (no pods for the dishwasher even if it did work), no welcome card or snacks, only one nightstand in the bedroom we used, no instructions for the TV.

The owners were so responsive, especially when we had to change dates due to weather and work travel. We love staying downtown where you can walk to restaurants and shops, but are still a quick drive to the hill. It also was icing on the cake that the ski conditions were phenomenal!

We rented this apartment for a little fall getaway. We’ve been to Ellicottville before, but stayed outside of town. The location of this place was so perfect… right in the heart of town, plenty of shopping & great restaurants! Our kids (7 & 3) thoroughly enjoyed watching all the action out the bay window! The apartment had all the amenities & ambiance you need, including the fireplace in the main bedroom, which was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

This property is perfectly located right in the centre of town. Close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. It was clean and comfortable

This is a great rental property. The only comment is that there could be a motion sensitive light or a light on a timer in the lobby for folks arriving after dark that are not familiar with the property. It was dark when we arrived and couldn’t tell if anyone lose was in the lobby or where we should go to get to our rental. Would stay here again though! Thanks

Girls getaway
Our stay here was great. Perfect location. Condo was clean and comfortable. I have two suggestions, a Keurig coffee maker and directions on how to use the A/C. The apartment was real warm both days we were there. On the last day I realized the remote control helped with the temperature and the fan speed. Adjusting both made it more comfortable almost right away.

Repeatable Stay
The old Ellicottville Inn has been reconfigured with condo units in the upper level. These offer a very unique VRBO experience directly on Main Street Ellicottville that is akin to a private hotel. Clean linens and spotless living spaces with plenty of privacy. The key code configuration for access is seamless and the Roku allowed us to pull up our Netflix/Prime/Hulu accounts. Great details that made everyone comfortable. The owners were very quick with online responses and very helpful.
