Winners of the Mayors Golden Hammer Award. Newly remodeled 1915 historical home that is located just a few minutes from downtown Fort Pierce. This home can host up to 8 guests comfortably. Bring your boat & RV because we have plenty of parking available. The 4 bedrooms are beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. One guest bedroom can also be used as an extra sitting room, TV room, or office that includes a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. Both bathrooms are newly renovated bathrooms with modern amenities. The exterior of the home has several seating areas that also include a large wrap-around porch that provides additional dining and seating areas. This home is conveniently located on the South Side in a clean and quiet neighborhood that is only a few minute's drives away from the downtown area, Hutchison Island, The Jetty, several beach options, the fishing Pier, water sports, restaurants, art shops, and also the famous weekend pop up market in downtown Fort Pierce. Due to City Ordinances, this home has an eight-person capacity at all times & security cameras are located throughout the exterior of the home to secure and protect our property.

Beautiful, spacious place. Private, yet easy driving distance to everything in Fort Pierce.

We enjoyed the home, we had plenty of space for our family if 6. We competed about 25 minutes away, not a bad drive. The beach was close too. The home is right off the main road so it was quick access.

The hosts were amazing! The house was charming and it is close to great dining and water.
We were not real fans of the area, a little noisy/busy but it could be just what others are looking for.

Maggie was an awesome host! Very responsive and helpful. The house is very nice, lots of great historical aspects and artifacts. The house is on a busy street and unfortunately there were roosters in the neighborhood, but if the a/c is on, it is not an issue. You will feel totally at home, thx to all the amenities and just a short drive to everything!!

What an amazing property: homey and elegant. This is one of the best furnished rentals Iāve ever stayed at. Maggie and Tony went out of their way to be helpful. Good bed, outstanding kitchen, pretty touches. Highly recommend this spot.

Nostalgic
Historic home that was thoughtfully staged to re-create the memories of old with the comforts of new. The home is very clean and comfortable. All the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the 'staging' of the old box TV, original gas cook stove, ice box and a record player that works! Interesting and very affordable place to stay. The owners were awesome and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A true hidden gem
Tucked into a small residential area, the house is a true hidden gem. It was recognized as being historically significant and has been beautifully restored. The porch is sheltered by plants and provides a lovely setting to sit and read or converse. The large open kitchen could host a meal for 8 comfortably. We marveled at the stained glass and antiques. It is an older house, so guests should be prepared to traverse stairs with luggage in tow. But, everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was right at hand. Thank you, Maggie & Tony, for hosting us! And, congratulations on winning the Gold Hammer and Neighborhood Gem Award for your work on the house and its yard. It is a well-deserved honor!

Nice getvaway
House accommodations were very accurate. My family really enjoyed the porch setting and being outside. House was very clean and equipped with not only dishes and cookware, but coffee, snacks, and laundry supplies, which was a bonus

It really is a hidden gem!
Very tidy and a lovely renovated vacation home equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Maggie was a great host and quick to answer our questions. The communication was super easy and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The porch has nice seating areas to dine outdoors or just relax after a long day of exploring. Maggie recommended some great downtown restaurants & shops very close to the home. The beaches and the pier were also a short driving distance from the home. The neighborhood is conveniently located and very quiet. Enough parking for several cars, boat & a RV. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

I spent the nights from the 2nd and the 5th of July with my group of friends and we enjoyed the place and everything it had to offer. Extremely spacious and with a beautiful style, amazing kitchen and great location. If we were going to stay in Fort Pierce again I would totally look the place up to reserve it again!

Ft. Pierce Gem
The Garden House is not to be missedā extremely well appointed with everything you could need. The decor will keep you exploring the entire time youāre there. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space is incredible! We had a LOT of rain so Iāll have to go back just to experience more time outdoors (itās SoFlo bring bug spray). Conveniently located to St. Lucie, Ft. Pierce, & Jensen Beach. No shortage of excellent eateries and attractions within a reasonable distance.
Maggie & Tony were wonderful hosts and available for any and all questions. They gave us some wonderful local recommendations. They made our interactions easy and pleasant. We will be back for sure!
