very comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. furniture is new and liked the smart tv. Makes you feel just like home. Sandra was very welcoming and supportive. 15 mins walk to Dubai mall.

Location of apartment is fantastic. Apartment is clean and suited us for what we needed.

I didnt like that there was not enough towels provided and toilet paper. Also requested for my luggage to be stored was informed at arrival that they had no facility to store

I stayed at their apartment in the BLVD Hights downtown Dubai. And i must say the apartment was fabulous was such a great to price/quality value. Furniture was all up to date and the location was prime,l with a fabulous view. literally could walk to Burj khalifa and Dubai mall within 10 to 15 minutes (5 minutes by car). In addition the guest relation representative Mr. Kalven was super kind and helpful he even helped with things outside of the. Apartment such as providing in home COVID tests for a great price. All in all this is an excellent play to stay with a super polite and professional staff. However please note this is not a hotel so there is no room service but you can order from outside through Talabat app and there ar many Resturaunt's around the area. Overall i would highly recommend staying with Mont Holdiay Home Rentals !

I enjoyed my overall stay. View of the downtown from the apartment was perfect for my morning coffee. Also Burj Khalifa was very close and we enjoyed the New Year eve fireworks .

The apartment was clean and fully equiped. Everything is near the apartment: Best zone of the Downtown . I highly recommended it. Faisal helped us an exceptional assistance during our stay . We will definitely come back !
