The condo was well equipped with anything we needed. The location was convenient to fishing, downtown and restaurants. It was quiet and had a pool and tennis court available directly behind the condo! Will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved the location. We were in the middle of everything, but still in a quiet, safe gated community. The owner had everything we needed available. We had plenty of room for our party of 6. The owner left us goodies which was a nice touch and she was readily available which I also liked. The condo had a pool and it wasn’t overly crowded our whole stay. The condo was clean and decorated so nicely. We enjoyed our visit and felt right at home.

Great location just on the edge of town. Has 2 specified parking spots. Stocked with everything you need besides your own personal things. We always enjoy staying in this area. Owners were great and available for any needs we might have. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a nice area that’s mostly quiet yet still just a minute away from everything. I feel like it’s a great family area!

This was a wonderful condo on a great location! Pool was a huge hit with the kids. They thought of everything including snacks and bubbles for the children. We loved our stay and definitely will want to stay again next time we’re in Hot Springs.

I booked this lovely, clean and comfortable condo for our first family, Covid-friendly, trip. It was the perfect home base between outings. We ate almost all meals in the condo and the spacious kitchen had everything we needed! The area is beautiful and peaceful! Our host, Darcy, was friendly and communication was easy and helpful. Would definitely book with Darcy again!

Darcy was awesome! The pictures of this home are exactly how they are posted! Clean, spacious, and very up to date! She even left us goodies! My kids and I had a blast! She supplied alot, toilet paper, shampoo, coffee stuff, even has a blender and hair dryer! Some stuff one may forget! We will most definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay everything was very nice! We appreciated Darcy for working with us on our arrival time. We enjoyed the cake that was left for us, celebrating our 29th anniversary, it was delicious! It was a quiet spot and enjoyed the hot tub and pool all by ourselves. This condo is beautiful and nicely tucked in the trees (at least it feels that way!). It’s comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Good location too! Close to grocery stores. Pool was easily accessible! Would stay here again. Only drawbacks: washer had a small leak and internet was down frequently throughout the days we were there. I notified the owner of both who responded quickly and was friendly. These didn’t impact our stay.

Rental was perfect for our family of four. Condo is very close to the upper pool. Of course our kids wanted to check out the lower pool by the lake and it has an awesome view. Hot springs has so much hiking. Would love to come back some time in the fall. Hosts left great food recommendations and very attentive. Thank you for the hospitality!!
