Best Location easy for Uber to collect for ride and easy for Uber to drop off food plus the security is proper

I was charged more than what I was initially going to be charged and after several messages no one seems to be helping if I'll be getting back the money that was charged extra and that should have not happened

we waited for someone to give us a key for 30min finally called emergency and the girl came and she waited there with us for like 15 min playing on her phone all this time thought she’s waiting just like us next thing we know she sat down to a reception we we’re shocked that someone who could’ve help us just ignored us

The view is spectacular, and it's a really nice apartment to just relax in between going out and going to the beach. The apartment is neat and has all of the amenities you'd need for an enjoyable stay. The staff are also friendly and professional. A big plus is that it's just a 10 minute (safe) walk down to the beach and there's plenty to do, eat and drink in the area.

Two things that are quite subjective actually: 1. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. 2. I would have really appreciated a bag of ice upon arrival. Neither of these were major issues.

Dish washer wasn’t working,

Everything was perfect.. just no visitors were allowed and i only knew on arrival.. It was my birthday and my twin was also in cpt celebrating so she could not come.. I was told be reception strictly no visitors as well as astrinita my agent.. Please make provisions for at least 4... Behind the main door it does say minimal 4 until 23.00 but I was refused.... Pls look into it. Nadeshjna was exceptional this morning. I will definitely return... Trushna bhoola

Towels to be replaced daily please...hygiene

The location is excellent, the room was clean.

There was loadshedding and the room did not have a light. The house keeper kept on leaving our door unlocked. Every time we went out we came back to an unlocked door.

The apartment itself wasn’t so bad however the host had horrible service. I really struggled to get a hold of him.

The host definitely needs to work on hos communication
