Take the festivities outside in our backyard, complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating for 6. When it's time to unwind after an adventure-packed day, our home features 3 cozy bedrooms - (1) Plush King-size master bedroom with a 55" Smart TV with Roku (2) Cozy Queen-size bed + large windows for ample natural light (3) Queen-size bed + art and stylish decor. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The Neighborhood: Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

The Oz Lounge is in an ideal location just off the Bentonville Square. Easy walking to restaurants, coffee, shopping, trails, etc. The primary bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by a living room and kitchen, making this an excellent rental for families.

The house is perfectly located for all things downtown. It is an older home so there are things that come with an older home you have to be ok with. That being said, the property management company was very responsive to all requests/issues. We brought our 2 small pups, but there is no fence so leashes are needed at all times. There is no garage, but there is a lockable storage area for bikes. There is plenty of room for a family or 2 couples. Overall, the best feature is by far the location of this property if you want to walk/bike everywhere.

This house is perfect if you're looking for some space close to downtown where you don't need to drive to get on the trail system or go to the museum. The house has plenty of space and is pretty open so it would be great for families. The bike shed was awesome and is super roomy. Our dogs were comfortable in the house as well.

The back area was unkept. There was 2 towels for each room only. There was no bathroom floor mat. No lotion or other basic toiletries. Overall condition of the house was below par.

Cute house right in the heart of Bentonville. Slaughter Pen is just around the corner, short ride to Coler and plenty of restaurants/breweries within riding or walking distance. Excellent parking and bike storage. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location! Close to trail heads, shopping, restaurants and more. Very comfortable space with lots of room and a great set-up. The bike storage was very handy as well with a water hose around back to clean off bikes/gear/self.

We were a group of 4 adults, 1 couple & 2 singles. The home fit our needs, plenty of room. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, location is great, walked to several places downtown. We didn't cook any meals at the house but the kitchen is large and plenty of cookware / utensils if you chose to do so. Good experience!!

Great location, cute house. My only recommendation is it would be nice to have more than one towel per person in the master bathroom for showering and more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms.

Unbeatable location within walking distance to restaurants, trails, museums, and the grocery store. We had a few issues upon arrival but they were very promptly addressed by the property management team. This property will be at the top of our list for our next bentonville trip.

If you are looking to bike and stroll the town and museum, this is the place! Perfect location to Crystal Bridges, Slaughter Pen, town square... this is no better. Short bike trip to Coler and if you still need it, a short drive to Belle Vista trails (tunnels were closed when we were there to ride up that way). The shed for storing bikes was very convenient and NO STAIRS to climb... great one-story living.
