Enjoyed the stay. Door code didn't work a couple times. But the issue was resolved quickly!!

The house was ok.. 300$ Came up missing outta my purse Saturday night while we were out. It was very strange.

My family and friends had a great experience at this home! It was very clean, spacious as stated, had a really fun pool and was really close to Bush Gardens and the Sugar Factory (where I had my son's birthday dinner). Margaret always responded promptly. I was initially skeptical because I was "told" the neighborhoods around Bush Gardens were questionable, but I was very pleased and comfortable with our location. The streets were quiet, quaint and we felt safe. We will be back!

It’s a great little house that has been neglected. We booked it for the pool and the pool was great. For the price, one would expect a well maintained property and this house is not. Holes in the kitchen wall, cupboards that hang open and don’t close in the kitchen unless a paper towel is shoved between it, marks all over the walls, the yard is overgrown and a mess, spider webs with spiders all in the back porch. The neighborhood is on the ok side and I definitely made sure to keep car doors and house doors locked at all times. And as a host myself, there is definitely no “special touches.” There was no dish sponge, no leaving of maybe one sample of detergent, low number of towels…bare minimum. There were plenty condiments that have been left by other guests which is good for the kitchen. No dressers for your clothes but big closets. No ceiling fans but a small box fan provided. Loved the cot for extra sleeper. I think if the owner would take a little pride in the property it could be awesome. We visit Tampa a lot, but would not stay here again.

This place was perfect for us as we were having a fun time in Tampa and wanted to be near the Hard Rock. It was exactly what we needed it to be.

The house was great, well stocked, the patio and pool was very nice, privacy screens if you want to use them. The kitchen had a good stock of pots and pans, even fully stocked spices. The beds were comfortable. The location near Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and Zoo Tampa (formerly Lawry Park Zoo) makes visiting them exceptionally easy. Other Tampa attractions are also convenient to go to. The owners were exceptionally responsive with any questions we posed. I highly recommend the property, and any others they may run. Given the chance, we would stay here again.
