House isn't same color as shown in pictures. We thought we were at the place at first. Plastic caps for deck kept coming off. The bottom floor HVAC is dripoing on to concrete and seems to be create quit a bit if damage to the 2x4 studs. Needs to be addressed immediately to prevent future issues for the home owner. This is also causing issued with wood paneling pulling away at bottom of laundry room.
