The views are just the beginning at this fabulous home! Walk into lovely air-conditioned comfort at this home, perfectly arranged in the living room setup in front of the gas fireplace. Cook up delicious meals in the extensive kitchen, complete with full-size appliances (including a dishwasher), a coffee station, and a prep island that includes breakfast bar seating for four guests. A built-in hallway desk nook provides a lovely space to work on assignments or schoolwork remotely. The top floor (accessible by a spiral staircase) houses the ultimate entertainment space, complete with a furnished balcony that includes an outdoor kitchen, an indoor wet bar, a flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and four built-in bunk beds. Take in the view of Lake Padre and start planning - vacation rest is within your grasp. What's nearby: Set right on the canal, seafaring guests can enjoy access to the Gulf while landlubber guests are juts a short (under one mile) walk to the beach. get a change of scenery at Mustang Island State Park seven-and-a-half miles away, where guests can spend all day hiking along coastal trails. When you're ready to head out for a bite to eat, Island Joes Coffee And Gallery and A La mode Gelateria are both within three-and-a-half miles of the townhouse. Things to know: Full kitchen with a dishwasher Elevator in building Snowbird-friendly The garage is not available for guest use Beach towels are available for guest use *Please note that the WiFi speed is slow and service is spotty *The dock is about 35 feet long, with a 50 foot mooring area. The water depth varies with the tide and depends on the distance to the dock. It is about three feet deep close to the cement part of the dock over six feet at the end of the dock. No ropes supplied, but most boats should be permitted. Swimming is permitted, but guests should swim at their own risk due to oyster shells, etc. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: The dock is about 35 feet long, with a 50 foot mooring area. The water depth varies with the tide and depends on the distance to the dock. Swimming is permitted, but guests should swim at their own risk due to oyster shells, etc. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was our second corporate retreat to this location. This is the perfect location to entertain and has plenty of room to spread out. We especially love the second and third floor balconies. Only suggestion we would have to the owners is to add wireless access points as the internet connectivity is terrible on the second floor. For a corporate retreat, connectivity to the internet is very important to us, but probably not as important to a family for travel.

This 3 story villa was in a great spot on North Padre Island. Couple issues the grill is broken and doesn’t work, the oven is not sealed properly so doesn’t hold temperature, and the carpets were stained throughout the property. In additional the elevator was having all kinds of mechanical issues.

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation home!! It was definitely one of the nicest places we've been to. My children enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and we loved how close we were to the beach. The jetted tub was fun! This will definitely be our home away from home!! We will be back for sure!!

We rented this home for my nephews birthday. The home was roomy enough for my whole family. The property was clean and just as advertised. The beach was just a few blocks away. Our favorite part was being able to fish in the back yard! We had to contact the managing company a few times for questions and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely rent this home again.

All in all, the place was perfect for large groups. Having a fully stocked kitchen to prep meals made everything a lot simpler. The place was very clean. My only complaint is the listing mentioned the elevator, however, it was not accessible, which would've made moving luggage to the 3rd floor a lot easier. In addition, the grill was dirty, littered with metal bristles, and only the left side of the grill was functional.

The home is beautiful and well thought out. Clean and kept up. We caught lots of fish off the doc. Kept the kids busy. So close to the beach as well! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Villa with modern decoration, large nicely appointed kitchen, plenty of room, and great view over Padre Island's Channel. Regretfully, no WIFI service was provided during our stay with no satisfactory explanation of why this advertised amenity was not available. Also, the outside grill was not cleaned and did not work. A temporary repair was attempted, and, again, the fix of this listed amenity was not satisfactory.
