This cozy, second-row home with canal access is located right across the street from the beach. The Galleria has four bedrooms, two baths, and can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. The first floor boasts the living, kitchen, and dining areas plus one bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor has three bedrooms, the first with a queen bed, the second and third each with two single beds. The loft on the second floor offers space to relax and includes great ocean views. This home has central air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, a DVD player, a stereo, and free WiFi. Other amenities include a floating dock, a covered porch, parking under the house, an enclosed backyard, and an enclosed outside shower. THINGS TO KNOW Free WiFi Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Beach cottage was very nice. Well kept and very comfortable. Beach access is close by. Will rent again

We have stayed at this house several times. The front porch is the selling point. It is a second row home w a view of the ocean and covered front porch.
The kitchen was lacking in basic dishes and the freezer door would randomly open.
The downstairs bedroom has a bed that squeaks every time you move so it was not a sleeping option for us.
I think this house just needs some basic updates to make it a great second row home again.

Decided to try Holden again this year for vacation and was not disappointed! Across the street from the ocean, on the canal and close to the beach access. Home was very well equipped for everything we needed. Also, VERY clean upon arrival. We have not had the same experience anywhere else that we rented for the week. Plenty of towels and clean bedding provided. Hurricane Ian showed up rudely during our vacation. We saw a Vacasa truck pull in to help secure loose items prior to the winds picking up. Almost a perfect vacation(no thanks to Ian)!

Nice beach trip
Loved the location and the house is clean and nice. Only a few minor complaints. The grill was dirty and unusable. Couldn't turn on the ceiling fan in lower bedroom without having the light on too. Overall a good place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time in this house across the street from the beach with a dock off the backyard. The 2 porches offered great views, but especially liked the unique feeling of the canal. All furnishings and decor felt new and cared for. Just a couple of blocks away from the general store. Will return!

House wasn’t cleaned. We ended up cleaning it ourselves and also didn’t receive towels. When I called them it didn’t seem like it mattered to them.
