Nothing, as I was given a different property than what I booked. Additionally despite my objection to the property owner, neither action was taken nor explanation was given.

Everything, even I was given for free I won’t take it.

The only positive about this apartment was the location. It was very close to Galata Tower which was great However, note that due to this location it was quite noisy at night even with the windows closed etc, which is not great if you have yound kids.

Prior to our arrival we had messaged the property to enquire if there was a lift in the building as my daughter is disabled and in a wheelchair. We were told that there was and were to be on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival (bit late due to delayed flight) we were met at the apartment building by a lady called Nina. The main front door could not open so couldn't get my daughter through it without having to take her out of her wheelchair, collapse the wheelchair and take each piece through (2 piece). Access to the hallway was filled with boxes so no way we could even wheel her through. Got to the lift to find that it was so small that only 2 bags would just about fit.let alone a wheelchair. Nina spoke to someone who said we could use another apartment that was on the ground floor and 10mins walk away. Having sent my wife and kids with Nina whilst I waited for a taxi which never arrived to take us to the apartment. The alternative apartment we were allocated was on ground floor but was not clean (and had to get a cleaner in the next day). There was no toaster and the lighting was dim and not bright enough. There was mould in the kitchen and even when someone had a shower, water would come through the wall into the kitchen. The only positive about this apartment was the location. Overall, not pleased with the apartment we ended up staying in and couldn't review the one we had booked as didn't make it up due to the lift issue.

First of all, we were brought to a different apartment. Functionally inside it was the same, but it's not the one that we booked!!! The one that we booked was with a lift but this one was with stairs, which is quite unhandy with a little child. It also was at a different place. And moreover, this apartment wasn't in pictures at all! So, I didn't believe it at first. The cleaning could be better for this price.

Cleaning and very satisfied with the host from the apartment we stayed in as a family, spacious and perfect, it will be our first choice for a holiday again, thank you for everything

the position is perfect. Apartment was big fairly stylish well organized inside and all functioning well. Not very tidy though. Cats were coming in and out at their leisure: I suppose it is a plus for cats lovers may be not for everybody.

communication from the host was in general fast but not very professional. Transfer from airport went badly: host forgot to put my name on the list and I had a long wait at the airport before driver came. Initially driver had a wrong adress, I had to point that out otherwise he would have taken me to another place. I was given an apartment different from that I had booked without being informed. The apartment was bigger but with less view. This was not pleasant. It must be said that the apartment is indeed a good one especially thanks to the excellent position and quite stylish too. Unfortunately the overall experience was somewhat ruined by many flaws (I mentioned the transfer, but also the door difficult to lock, cats entering the house all the time...)

Our stay with Origine Rentals was great. We had a big group and rented two apartments on top of each other. The apartments were unique, rustic kind. Kitchen was minimally equipped but we made it work. The location is superb a few blocks from the ancient Galata tower with a ton of small shops in the neighborhood. A short walk to Istaklal shopping street, a few blocks from the water front, a 20 min walk from the old spice market and the spot where the Bosphorus cruise ships take off. Communication was SUPERB!
