Loved the view of the Beach! Everything was close! It was awesome!

Room was clean and all we needed for two people!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I checked in, the room was not clean, the bed was not made, there was trash left over in the microwave, refrigerator and oven, half of the light fixtures did not work and I have the photos to prove it. I almost went back home instead I went to the store bought cleaning supplies and deep. Cleaned the condo for two hours, and bought new flowers to make this place feel more homey and welcoming. However, after I cleaned it, things felt a lot better. I hope next year when I decide to stay at the summit, I don’t experience the same thing when I walk in. Overall, the trip was wonderful. Just need to work better on the cleanliness of the condos, as well as the furniture and bedding.

The condo building itself is amazing! Car, store and restaurant on premises is super convenient. The condo itself was just fine, could use an update but def worth the money.

This is a great location and I loved the double pools/hot tubs and outdoor tiki and grill. I did not have an issue with the elevators taking forever, there are some on each end as well I don’t think guest see besides the main one in the middle. I would like to make aware the cleanliness was not that great in the room. When arriving there were clean sheets on the bed in the master but no comforter, we did bring our own thankfully. The bunks has sand in them the shower hand sand in it, the floors were not clean at all. I’ve stayed in several places at the beach and there not be any sand in the room. This room had sand in every single room and you could tell it was not swept or mopped. We did have to go purchase a little vacuum because there was so much. I think the kitchen can be a little deep cleaned more, drawers and such. Other than the cleanliness it was a great stay and enjoyable and location was great.

Overall a great stay. Condo was very nice with good amenities. beautiful location on the beach and across the street from activities and restaurants. Only issue was elevators being slow and always busy. One was down when we arrived. Other than that I would stay again. I did have to unclog the tub, but no big deal. i enjoyed the place.

We absolutely loved the location and resort vibes here! The resort was very family friendly. You can’t beat the views and sunsets that can be seen from here! Pools were great. Lots of activities during the week like a movie by the pool for the kids, karaoke night, live music, etc. The bartenders at the tiki hut were fantastic. Bring/buy charcoal if you want to use their grills outside. The room was updated but it was soo dirty. My kids didn’t sleep in the bunk beds and instead slept on the pull out couch because the bed sheets were not changed. We found a dirty sock, hair, sand, and handful of whole goldfish in the sheets when we pulled them back. The floors had spots on the tile from spills that were not cleaned prior to arrival. I found an old contact stuck to the wall in the bathroom and swept up a whole pile of sand off the floor before ever touching the beach. More than half the light bulbs went out during our week here and the kitchen light flickered a lot, it felt like we were in the show Stranger Things. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing because there was no rug in the property (I preferred a rug for my kids to play on vs tile floor) and there WAS a washer and dryer in the unit. I was disappointed because I did not bring what I needed to do laundry, but this is also a positive that there was one, but the listing specifically said the was NO washer/dryer in the unit. The air conditioner was also frustrating, the auto settings would change what we would set it to constantly. For example, it would auto set to 76 every day at 10:30 despite us having it set to 71/72. Also, unrelated to the unit itself…Be prepared to take the stairs or wait up to 30 minutes for an elevator. I did not mind taking the stairs, we left all our beach and pool gear in the car, but other people were waiting forever with their beach carts.

Great location without being in the busiest areas. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.. Condo was very comfortable. The only downside was the load music from the pool area, nonstop until around 10 pm. As stated, the elevators can be an issue. One day the elevator at our end was not working. We climbed a lot off steps that week but that's often a choice for us. Not sure how this would be during the busy season. I would recommend this condo.

Nice place to stay in. They left lots of stuff to get the trip started like soap, paper towels, etc. also had all the pots and pans to cook any meal.

There were a few things that needed to be addressed for a great experience. Most issues are minor but tend to make a great experience just an ok one. First let me say that the unit was fairly clean and the furnishings were in decent shape. The floors were great and clean. I will mention several things that could be improved. The front door was hard to open and close. The lock did not always lock the door possibly leaving it unlocked. The elevators were very slow and would be a nightmare in busy times. The shower was awful because the water would only barely come out. I recommend taking out the water restricter to let the water through. A good shower is important to most people. The thermostat was the worst problem since it was locked and would always go back to the program. This was very annoying when you needed the temp. warmer and in a couple hours it would go back to the program of 70. The icemaker did not dispense from the door. The kitchen was not well stocked but we didn’t use it much anyway. The TV control was locked and not allowing us to add the Utube channel. Didn’t like the Roku TV system. The commodes were the old ones that are very low to the floor. Upgrade to the more accessible version would help adults. The exterior of the Condo was dirty and needed maintenance. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, there was a Kureg, the beach location was great, there was ample parking and easy access to Thomas Drive. If they would address the problems, I would stay there again and recommend it to others. The company was very nice and helpful with the reservations. I recommend using them to anyone.

This condo appeared updated and clean in the photos. However, the updates were just enough to make pictures look good. Within minutes of being there the kids were running around with no shoes and immediately had black feet. 3 days into our trip we found a bedbug on the couch. After consulting with management they sent out what I believed was an exterminator. He looked at the bed we killed and verified it was in fact a bed bug and did a quick inspection. He then determined by his quick look around there was no infestation of bugs and management told me there would be no refund given. Needless to stay after paying for a full week and only staying 3 days we left and had to find somewhere else to stay at our own expense. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Love the Bikini Bob restaurant on site, the 2 pools and hot tubs. There was really only a small bit of complaint. When we got there the floors were like we were on the beach. Full of sand like it hadn’t been swept at all. The couch was also full of sand. The bed comforter had blood spot so u could tell it wasn’t washed. We ended up buying out own blankets and pillows. Also was disappointed in the washer dryer situation. All condos we have stayed in have always had there own. Not this one! We had to go to laundromat bc we didn’t have change and the only changer was in the game room which was closed. Other than that very happy and will be back to this resort. Just maybe not this same room again!
