The house looks nice from the outside. However, upon entering we were immediately met by an odd smell that we were not able to identify. None of the TV remotes worked. The house needs ALOT of updates. Doors and baseboards need to be cleaned or repainted. The beds need new mattresses.. they are very old and worn. Linens need updating. The downstairs bathroom had shampoo and loofahs still in. My husband made a come t that it felt someone lives there until it’s rented. The shower door needs fixing. The basement was creepy. The decor really worn out. If we’d have had time we would have left and found other accommodations. Unfortunately, our schedule for family wedding events didn’t allow us the opportunity.

The house was not clean. There were stains on the carpet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and an overwhelming smell of mothballs. We were in town for a wedding and needed more space than a hotel could provide but we would not stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family and the kids. Walking distance to a large park/pool and also had a playground in the backyard. The house may not be a brand new build but we were comfortable with kids. Our host was flexible and responsive to our questions. Would recommend!

The property was perfect for a long weekend stay with family: young old and in-between. We were in the area to attend a family wedding and the house was just right for us. The backyard play set and nearby park we’re a huge plus. Also, thank you Rony for your responsiveness when we asked for help with the outdoor lighting.

Don’t bother looking at this one very poorly stocked kitchen in terms of pots pans utensils. No staples to speak of you would need to bring everything if you plan to cook the temperature was set permanently and the place was always hot very uncomfortable. The decor was left over from the 60s. Some of the beds very uncomfortable. Bathrooms too small. Security lights outside must be on a timer they kept going on and off all night disturbing the younger children since the lights were right by their windows. Made it annoying to sit outside in the evening. Many of the outlets did not work. Some of the appliances did not work the toaster for example you would need to bring your own . Place smelled of insecticide the entire week. Inadequate trash cans and no instructions as to recycling no recycling cans for disposal of plastics in aluminum‘s and glass. All in all for the money it was very poor value

This house was 90 degrees upstairs when we walked in. Ac filter was disgusting likely a year old, and bedding was inhumane. Master bed mattress likely 30 years old with zero support. Towels were more like rags. Left the property without using anything within 20 minutes. Called vrbo to complain but sat on hold for 45 minutes and got disconnected. Called next day and they offered 1 day credit. Beware of vrbo. They do not protect the consumer.

Many bedrooms and lots of outdoor space

Prior to arriving the owner reached out telling us to keep the home clean. Well to our surprise, we walked into a filthy home. My children's white socks were black, we found dirty dishes left behind, a dirty oven, broken fridge, blood stain on the couch, old fashion mouse traps in the basement, hair on the rugs, all the bedrooms had numbers on them, even one had sound proofing on the outside of the walls. it was creepy. When we contacted the owner he said the cleaning lady was there. I could not allow my family to stay one night there. It was gross. Unsure what to do, we called Company. We explained the situation and they put us on hold for 40 minutes and hung up on us. We took pictures and left the home immediately. the next day we called after sleeping a the most beautiful inn. They informed me I would be getting a refund. To wait 48 hours and if I didn't then they would initiate it. We call at the end of our vacation, which was 5 days later, and no refund. I call Company again and he says everything i was told was incorrect. He connected me with the owner and hung up the call. The owner says I need to cancel the reservations, but I couldn't since it had past. He did agree to a refund but wasn't issuing it. I call Company and they said he needs to call them and they can access his account with his permission and process the refund for him. I messaged the owner twice with the number. He never called so 2 weeks later we disputed the charges.
