This was the second year in a row we rented this house for our family vacation. The house was clean and very nice. You can sit on the deck and see the ocean. We will be back for sure.

We had a great time! The house was just as advertised and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the selection of DVDs and the swings on the patio. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was a good size and location for us.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house. I love the view of the ocean from the covered deck. It is a short walk or drive to the beach. We booked a surf fishing guide (Green Tide Surf Fishing) that met us 10 minutes away in Gilchrist. We caught 8 black fin sharks, 2 red bulls and had a great time. We enjoyed the house BBQ, chair swing, playing washers and making some great memories. We can't wait for our next trip to this beach house.

The Sandy Blue was fantastic and just what our family needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the porch and view was great. Beach access was just a short walk down the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be contacting these owner's again for another visit.

My family and I enjoyed a few days in early April. The property is nice and very spacious, more than enough room for my family of 4. The walk to the beach was quick and the neighborhood was peaceful which allowed my wife and I to take many morning walks without worry or much traffic. The beach got a little busy on the weekend, especially if you are not used to vehicles driving up and down the beach, but it was fairly quiet with little traffic on the weekdays. The property is within a few minutes drive of most of the major restaurants in the Crystal Beach area. The owner communicates promptly. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to other families looking for a quiet getaway.

Kourtney is amazing & their home was a delight. Very charming & conveniently located to the beach. We had terrible weather but there was board games & movies. We enjoyed our stay despite the cold conditions. Very clean & equipped. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for sharing your home.

Kortney is an excellent host - rules and check out instructions are very thorough and reasonable! Location is nice between the Stingaree and The Big Store and easy access to the beach. My 4 year old nephew Maverick loves this place and insists that it is “his Grammys beach house” so we have to keep that tradition alive!

Arrived to property and walked in, the property was immaculate, no issues at all. loved the deck. Plenty of room for 2 +dog. Neiborhood was quiet, and the residents we talked to, very friendly. My mom and dad stayed here as a gift to my parents for their upcoming 53rd anniversary. My parents do not get out for any type of vacation very much and they absolutely had the time of their life staying down here in this beautiful cabin. They said everything was just wonderful and I’m quite certain They did not want to leave. Thank you very much for allowing them to experience this at your very relaxing property!
