Great location, parking available which is a big bonus for a town like cluj. personnel really kind and trying to make your stay as good as possible. We really appreciated that we requested a room at a lower floor so to be easier with our small child and they did so. So i recommend the location :)

The only thing that we are seeing as an improvement is having bigger curtains at room window and also at balcony door so to make the room darker for the sunset and early morning.

for me, it was the best location. friendly staff, clean room. very good buffet breakfast. the property has actually 2 buildings, across the street from each other. I will attach a picture of the one I stayed in. there is parking in this building's backyard

the mattress was really firm, so I woke up stiff - but that's a matter of preference

Wonderful staff. Nice building. Quiet.

No kitchen accessories. No bathroom vent. Not at least one coffee included. Not enough soap. Heat and fridge not prepared.
