Located in Avon, this charming condo for R 3,545 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Avon Business License No. 012384 Our double level condo, which features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is located in the heart of Avon, Colorado with quick access to premier skiing at Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail Ski Resorts. A free shuttle to both Beaver Creek and Vail will have you on the slopes in minutes. If you prefer to walk, it’s just 10 minutes to the Riverfront Gondola. In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, and swim in Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 8-minute walk. For a family outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances. The condo is a mere 10 minute walk to the charming town of Avon where you can explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, swing by Loaded Joe’s for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head to town in the evenings to experience one-of-a-kind restaurants. Our condo features all of the comforts of home with access to a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. During the summer months, play a tennis match at our private tennis courts. The condo has a balcony perfect for grilling steaks on a summer evening while enjoying a glass of wine and the alpen glow. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - 3 bunk beds (6 beds total - 3 full, 3 twins) Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We had a great stay for 5 of us. There was room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was stocked for everything we need to cook a few meals. The property was clean. The location is convenient and with the resort shuttle and the Avon bus stop, its easy to get to Beaver Creek for skiing.

This condo was great for our young family, uncles and grandparents. The location was very convenient, had plenty of space for everyone and had everything we needed for a ski vacation.

It was great for our group of 9. Plenty of space and easy parking for our 2 vehicles. A couple of things to note. The pool/hot tubs are a 2 minute walk outside to get to, but wasn’t a big deal. The condo has a free shuttle to the Riverfront Gondola, but the Avon Skier shuttle has two stops that are a 3-5 minute walk away and will take you all the way up to the village.

I would say my stay was extremely hot and sweaty. I know it says no air conditioning and it does get cool at night. But it cannot keep up with how hot it gets during the day especially in the bunk room. We used the 2 fans we had. We went out and bought 2 fans. I asked the office for fans they brought plastic ones that we had to put together and took forever. I left the fans I bought. The other con was the pool was absolutely disgusting. I have an inground pool in my backyard and know what a pool is supposed to look and smell like and it was not right. There were also lots of bugs in the hot tub. So that was a huge part we wanted to use and couldn’t. The condo itself is very clean and nice. Location is good. But the amenities of you can’t use kinda make or break it. Plus we had to leave just to cool down during the day. So before I would book again I would check weather and see if pool has been taken care of

We really enjoyed this property--catching the shuttle right in front of our door was easy every time with a drop off at the gondola. We skied one day at Vail and that too was easy to shuttle to. It was also walking distance to quite a few restaurants. The condo was well stocked--towels, kitchen items, etc--the extra spices, pantry items were much appreciated and used and we added to the effort. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had heated floors and plenty of hot water, and the space was plenty big for our crew of 6 and could easily have accommodated more. Only complaints: we woke up to our upstairs neighbors walking around in their ski boots each morning (at least that's what it sounded like), 2 of the 3 humidifiers didn't seem to work, and the couch, while super comfy, had some unsavory stains. Overall, we'd recommend this condo and would stay here again!

The unit itself was very clean. There was no firewood on our first day, but they bring some the next afternoon. The king size bed downstairs is very comfortable, but NOT very sanitary. The mattress pad was folded/rolled up in the closet dirty, so there was just a sheet on the mattress. The comforter was also filthy, stains on both sides. We found a couple blankets (that had to be washed before use) and made do as there was not a blanket for the king bed. All of the bedspreads/comforters desperately need washing. Post covid has made those types of conditions noticed. As a rental property owner, I have gone to duvet style coverings and blankets that can be washed each use. The unit was very nice and roomy. The kitchen was good and we especially enjoyed the fireplace at night!

Comfortable, clean, and perfect!
We had a family of 4 and a couple stay here and we had plenty of room.
There are so many positives about this super clean property! It has a main floor entrance. There are a few steps from the parking (that is right outside the door). My elderly parents had no problem loading or unloading their vehicle. On the main floor, there is a bedroom, full bathtoom, fully stocked kitchen with newer KitchenAid appliances, seating at the breakfast bar for 4, washer/dryer, dining table with seating for 6, living room with fireplace, sofa, 2 comfy recliners and tv, and a deck off the living room. The deck had a grill and 2 comfy chairs to sit in and just take in the smells and atmosphere of Colorado.
The basement is the hidden treasure in this condo. There is another smaller living area with a couch and TV, bedroom with 3 bunk beds, separate bathroom (with heated floors) for that bedroom and a master bedroom/bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and heated floors. My family stayed down here as it was separate from the upstairs and we really felt as if it was our own space. The temperature down here is cooler in the summer months. It also had bigger windows so that it really didn’t feel like a basement.
There is parking (not assigned) right outside of the condo. There is a pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts within short walking distance. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The condo is also located within walking distance to Nottingham Lake/Benchmark Reservoir. This was a great place to relax in the afternoons as there is a sand beach with swimming area and paddle board rentals. Fishing is allowed here as well and there are also sand volleyball courts and a paved walking trail around the lake.
Booking was easy. We were given all of the necessary instructions and communication was prompt. We stayed here 4 nights and had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place!!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The rental was clean and well equipped with all needs. The only thing I would like to see better in the future is the communication with the owner. There were times it took a day or so to hear back or I wouldn't hear anything at all. I would however, recommend this rental!

This condo is on the first floor, however has a second floor downstairs.
