Surrounded by a private wooded lot with a large back deck and yard with fire pit for enjoying the views! The Space: The Space: Prepare to create memories that will last at the Lakeside Hideaway. Your crew can sit back and relax in our spacious living room, complete with a plush sectional, wood-burning fireplace, 65" Smart TV, and large windows that look out on a beautiful, lush tree-scape. When mealtime comes around, enjoy our fully-stocked kitchen that has all of the essentials you'll need to create your favorite meals. Move the festivities outside to our back deck that features cozy seating, a grill + a fire pit in the back yard. Choose from one of our 3 bedrooms (1) a King-size bedroom with private deck access and a 55" Smart TV (2) a Queen-size bedroom with luxury linens and bedding (3) a Full-size bedroom with a twin bunk bed, a 55" Smart TV + a tent for your youngest crew members. Other Things to Note: ★ Lake access is less than a 2-mile drive to the public Highway 12 boat ramp ★ 10-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina ★ Epic back deck with cozy seating & a grill ★ Firepit in the backyard - perfect for 'smores and campfire stories ★ Hiking + biking trails in the neighborhood ★ Less than 15 minutes from Downtown Rogers ★ Fully-stocked kitchen with all of the essentials ★ 3 private bedrooms (1) King-size bedroom with deck access, and a 55" Smart TV (2) Cozy Queen-size bedroom with luxury linens and bedding (3) Full-size bedroom + bunk beds with a tent for your youngest crew members. ★ Open living room with a plush sectional, wood-burning fireplace, + 65" Smart TV with Roku ★ Extra linens and towels during your stay ★ Washer + dryer available for guest use ★ Board games and playing cards provided. ★ Pets are not allowed. ★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. Guest Access: Guest Access and Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities (There is no garage access). The guest does not have access to the garage. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The Neighborhood: This beautiful lakeside property is just steps from the water, a 2-minute drive to the Highway 12 boat ramp, 10-minute drive to the Prarie Creek Marina, and a 15-minute drive from Downtown Rogers. Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

The home at Beaver Lake was overall a good experience. Clean and a great location. The property manager responded to me promptly answering all my questions so I could be sure this home would work for our group. The confusion came with contradictory statements in the description of the home and the photos of the property. After asking for confirmation if there were 3 full showers in the home and being told yes, there was not, There were only 2. We would have rented the home regardless, but the blatant dishonesty in misrepresenting the property was frustrating.

I looked at 48 other properties, and this was the one I picked... and I was very happy that I did! (I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend, so I wanted to find the perfect place—and if you're wondering, we're engaged now, woo! 🥳) This property didn't have many reviews, so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. I did expect some rough edges to my experience here and there, since it seemed to be listed relatively recently, but I was very surprised to have a smooth and wonderful experience! The lowlights would be: The floors in one or two places were a little dirty, and there wasn't any firewood when I arrived. Firewood was promptly delivered once requested, and plenty to last me the whole stay, although it was small chunk-type wood, not really good-ole' logs like you'd expect. But, otherwise, everything was just as shown in the pictures, with no bad surprises (unlike some other places I've stayed...)—and at a better price than many of the other spots I looked at, too! The highlights would be: Well, a lot! Other than those one or two spots, the house was spotless and didn't have any weird smells. The kitchen was amazing! The master bedroom was huge and so comfy! The TV was great, and the fireplace, well, it was so nice I used it basically 24/7! There were soaps and lotions, and other stuff provided, a true hotel experience with fantastic customer service. Plus, being out there in the Autumn trees in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a dream. 😊 In total, I have no hesitation giving 5 stars for my stay. The highlights were great, and I feel like the lowlights will be smoothed out as this property gets it feet, because of how good the service was. I had a great time, and I wish I could just stay there forever! 😅

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The property was clean, well stocked and a great layout for our family. Our little one loved the downstairs room with fun tent and kids size chair. Nice quiet neighborhood.
