Great host, great stay!!

Everything about this house and stay was excellent. The owner was easy to communicate with, house had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend

House was absolutely perfect. Easily and comfortably accommodated 16 adults. Plenty of room for games and activities in the house and yard. Remote enough and still just a 5 minute Uber to the bars/restaurants. Amy the property manager was super responsive. Would recommend this property to anyone, and hopefully stay again ourselves!

Loved this location. My friends and I spent the weekend here for the Fourth of July and we had a blast.

House is very roomy, wrap around porch was great for post-golf cooking.

Very spacious and well equipped home. Only flaws we ran into was a bird's nest in the grill:), and the fire place was not cleaned out. We did end up purchasing our own firewood Accomodations were perfect otherwise, and we had a great relaxing time!

Space in the house was large, very clean, and worked perfectly for our larger group. It was very open, stayed warm during the cold weather, and sauna was great. Tons of games to play and very close to the center of town.

This property was the nicest VRBO we have ever rented through! It was an amazing stay from communication with Amy to the amazing stay we had. The house was beyond gorgeous & extremely clean. She was overly welcoming & kindly answered all questions quickly. The house allowed some to ski, others to go to the casino, and others to stay home and enjoy the house! I everyone from age 75 down to age 13 months loved the weekend together! We will most definitely be back to stay!!

8 tweens and 8 adults. Everyone had the best time. We are all vaccinated so resumed a friendly ski trip. 3 bathrooms were all nice, I did wish for 4! 16 people, even a 1/2 would have helped in the morning. I also got a few complaints that hot tub was missed. Still, the house was lovely and big and enjoyed by all.

The Ellicottville Chalet was perfect for our family of 11 - 6 adults and 11 kids - one of our best get togethers - tons of room for spreading out and gathering at the table and huge island - with 3 bathrooms each family had their own - owners replied to all my questions - Ellicottville is very close and a unique town-beautiful. Niagara Falls was a FUNTASTIC day trip. Thank you Amy for a wonderful Chalet rental. We’re not snow ski people- but this place has the perfect setup for a large group. Thanks for everything Amy 😃

Well kept home good for big family!

This is a beautiful house in a great location. We recently stayed for a summer weekend to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, which was appreciated since we had families coming from multiple states and wanted to ensure we could keep some social distance. The yard is pretty hilly with not much flat space, which was tricky for a few family members, but Amy warned us about that ahead of time. The large deck more than made up for this. We were able to seat 20+ people for dinner on the deck with plenty of room for everyone. The dining room is very well situated to serve as a buffet station for outdoor dining as it is right between the kitchen and the deck. The kitchen is huge and well appointed. We are already talking about staying here in the winter for a ski weekend. I would definitely return here.

The property was isolated and quiet but only a few minutes from downtown Ellicottville. We enjoyed everything about our trip. The house and location were absolutely perfect for the adults and kids so we will definitely be back!

This property was the perfect place for our friends and family get together for the Fourth of July. The owner of the property is one of the kindest people and was a huge help throughout our stay. She provided us with everything we could possibly need and more. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beautiful property which has been recently renovated. The furniture and home itself has a modern look which we were able to turn into a home for the weekend. There was a group of 20 of us and there was not one person who didn’t have a bed to sleep on. The house is extremely spacious while having amazing sleeping situations and living space. The kitchen is gorgeous and has a great amount of room for cooking and serving. The outdoor space was really great and there is wood already available for an outdoor fire. I would highly recommend staying here for a great weekend. The house is really close to the town of Ellicottville and we were able to grab food and groceries with just a short drive. This was by far the best property I have stayed at in Ellicottville and renting this is a no brainer!
