El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene muy buen servicio, así como la comida es de muy buen nivel . Destacamos particularmente la atención de Isabel , quien nos atendió la mayoría de la estancia muy bien .

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel , la habitación presentaba humedad y faltan algunas reparaciones locativas.

Air conditioning in the room was great.

Slow breakfast service. Rooms close proximity to the dining area meant the live music was loud but often stopped by 10:00 or 10:30 pm. The open dining area had biting bugs- I left covered in bug bites.

the property itself is beautiful and has kept its original charm.

it’s not an hotel with a restaurant but more a restaurant with rooms. the rooms are extremely dark and not private. we have been out at the ground floor and had people walking outside our door to go to the restaurant toilet. we cancelled our stay before time and changed the hotel.

Beautiful colonial style building set in a nice, bustling street of Cartagena old town, close to santa domingo square. Restaurant in the courtyard with lovely food and live music every night. Lovely open air feel with palm trees and plenty of greenery. Comfortable lounge areas to chill and nice pool side area as well. Room decor was lovely and super high ceilings compensated for low lighting. Beds very comfortable and spacious with nice big bathrooms and good quality vanity products from L'occitane. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was made on demand which comprised of fruits, some pastries, and eggs to your liking. Coffee and juice. Served in the tropical courtyard or inside the restaurant. I really loved the location. Many great bars and restaurants on the same street. Cuzco Peruvian, sushi, Wippy pasta and ceviche (A must try!) , and many more. Lovely shopping as well in this area. Highly recommend the hotel and the location for an enjoyable stay in Cartagena.
