This Gorgeous Penthouse condo is right next door to Silver Dollar City, and only minutes from Indian Point Public Access. The location is great with many restaurant choices and shopping most within about 15 minutes. This 2 bed and 2 bath condo is perfect for your family of up to 8. wanting a great vacation home next to Americas most loved theme park! Enjoy your private top floor balcony while listening to boats on the water, the train whistles, and the roller coaster sounds from Silver Dollar City. The 180-degree views of Table Rock Lake, SDC, and Ozark mountains are just one of the amazing things about this property. The grilling area, fire pit, and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) with scenic views, make this one of our favorite places to hang out. A fully functional kitchen and necessary cooking supplies. So many updates to list but a few items are: carpeting replaced in the fall of 2022, all the hardwood flooring replaced in the Spring of 2023, and new sleeper sofa, sitting chair, and the addition of a small desk in the winter of 2023. We have tried to think of everything you might need while on vacation, and have it at your disposal. There is a pack-n-play if you have an infant, and beds / sleeper sofa to sleep 8.

Ive extended my stay here, I can only say it is absolutely perfect. spotlessly clean and well maintained between guests, an easy check in, wonderful host, and quiet as can be (it is wintertime, granted). I pinch myself every day that I stumbled on this beautiful condo when it popped up as being available. Close to all the beauty that is the Ozarks. I'll write another review when I finally have to leave (waah!)

We loved our stay! It was so nice to be so close to Silver Dollar City. The condo was clean, comfortable, and decorated nice. I loved all the windows to let in light and the beautiful views of the fall colors. I also loved that we had bunk beds and wished more vrbos would use twin beds! Each of my kids had their own bed, so we didn't have to hear arguments about who stole the covers or who kicked who. Thank you for sharing your condo!

The condo was very clean and well maintained!! The view out on the deck was very pretty and loved the nightly fireworks from Silver Dollar City! Overall I’d definitely recommend to stay here! 👍

From the beginning - Craig reached out right away to answer any questions. At my request he provided multiple food and entertainment suggestions for places in the area. When we arrived - the residence was spotless. The kids loved the pool, porch, and the quick walk to the lake. The views are spectacular. From the back deck we watched a doe and her fawns eat multiple times during our stay. (Turned into my morning cup of coffee routine) Like the title says 10 out of 10!

Outstanding condo. Super clean, organized, king size bed, full sized bed, bunk beds for kids, 1.2 miles from Silver Dollar City and not far to all there is to do in Branson. The Cliffs Resort is a place we stayed in December 2021 and we will ALWAYS stay there whenever we come to Branson. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEN.

This condo is spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake, yet it’s quick and easy to get to Indian Point Road, SDC, and Hwy 76. We had a question upon arrival in the evening, and the owner immediately responded to our text with a phone call to help us out. The only thing that surprised me was not having soap provided for the shower, but this was our first time staying at a VRBO, so maybe this is normal! Regardless, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for being a great host.

We needed a place to stay while in town for a quick visit to Silver Dollar City! This place was PERFECT! We had everything we needed. The place Sat high in the mountains overlooking the lake and could see the rollercoasters from the back deck and infinity pool! The host was just a quick text away for questions and super fast to respond. The drive to SDC was 3 minutes, no traffic and just perfect! We will definitely be staying here again!

Just perfect for my parents & I. Spectacular view from the patio. Beautiful interior. Close to town. And Craig was fantastic. I spoke to him over the phone and he was a great guy. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll be back here next time we visit Branson.

First, Craig was very helpful before I even got to the condo. I emailed him to ask for tips on things to do and he provided me with very helpful information that we took and are glad we did! The location is perfect if you want to go to Silver Dollar City but it was unfortunately closed during our stay. If you want to do the other things it was a bit of a jog but not bad. The balcony was so nice and relaxing to sit on. I would recommend this place! It was beautiful and provided everything you could want!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Cliffs condo! Honestly it’s hard to tell sometimes by the listing how nice a place will be but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this place was. I actually teared up when I walk onto the balcony to see the spacious woodsy view! The beds were comfy, tv and media in each room, electric fireplace to make it cozy and we had all the home amenities to get us thru the week. Would highly recommend this condo for your Branson stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic. The condo was perfect for our family. Nice and clean and up to date. It even had a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Will definitely look for in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very clean and the location was perfect. I would’ve given five stars across the board, but I killed two wasps inside the condo on the first day, and noticed two more that stayed on the ceiling in the dining area throughout the duration of our stay (I would have killed them but the ceilings were too high). Fortunately they didn’t bother us, but I would encourage the owner to be sure to get this taken care of.

Extremely clean condo! Prefect location near Silver Dollar City. Condo was quiet, beds were comfy, and it has a great view off the balcony. This is the best one we have stayed at in Branson! This will be our go to condo for our yearly trip.
