Staff was so welcoming and very helpful. Friendly and polite.

Overall the facilities, I had actually booked a room next to this building and I was horrified, I had to book to this hotel to get away from the room I was given from the other facility. I was very pleased and happy with my decision even though I did not get a refund from the first hotel I had booked. Thank you to the staff and management for the clean facilities and comfort.

We were celebrating my 50th and had the best time! Everyone was so friendly especially the staff! We will definitely be back!

Very upset about the lady she was very rude. She yelled at several kids who were actually well behaved just waiting in line for pancakes. She yelled at a teenage boy for taking pancakes, which were not big at all. Location was not as good as it said they did say there was food walkable distance I did not find any.

The room was comfortable, but the service at the front desk was below expectations. Upon check-in they could not confirm the payment through Booking.com, and we had to wait several minutes for that to be taken care of. Also, we were not informed of the charge for parking at check-in. I had to call after noticing the charge on my credit statement when I got home. The room was clean, but the common areas were not

Na chegada pedem um cartão para gerar um crédito que depois não será cobrado, o famoso calção. Acontece que para minha surpresa fui cobrado em USD 200,00 no cartão apresentado, sem NENHUM motivo pois não ocorreu nada durante a estadia para justificar essa cobrança! Enviei mensagem para o hotel e para o setor de apoio do Booking mas ninguém retorna!!! ABSURDO!NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL E O BOOKING! PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO!

Breakfast was good, variety and quality good too. Coffee was very good. It was nice to have some fresh fruits available. Nice, simple, and well organized self-service breakfast.

Third floor rooms were a bit noisy, you could hear people noises from the floor above.

This place was great, staff were inviting, location felt safe and the room was spotless. Only issue, I couldn’t sleep because the people above me (what it sounded like) wouldn’t quit stomping. I needed a quiet room because I had to be up at 5am and I was only there to sleep. Other than that, great hotel!

The location was away from the stress of Atlanta but also things were a simple 2-5 minute drive. Great convenience.

I like the active lobby - TV, board games, billiard table and coffee available all day. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Loved the room concept - the open closet, bright and spotless bathroom and best of all was plug outlets everywhere! I thought the dispensers for the soaps and lotion were fun. Breakfast was simple and got everything you need - the pancake machine was neat! I also liked the streaming apps from the TV. Great location to be near Truist Park. Checking in and departure process was quick and easy.

Not much to dislike. The Showtime app kept loading and buffering slowly which forced me to watch from a different app.
