Easy access to the building and apartment. The key is a double lock and must be used to lock the door on the inside. We picked up breakfast and dinner at the Champions grocery store around the corner to eat at the apartment. It only takes 15 minutes to walk into town if you stay on Ave du Commandant Destremau. It's a little longer if you head towards the water. We ate lunch in town. There was some coffee and tea, dish soap and a few laundry tabs in the apartment. It was absolutely spotless! Estelle was very helpful. If you need a taxi,she will put you in touch with a friend that owns a metered taxi.

Nothing I didn't like about the apartment. I would stay there again.

In general a very nice new apartment in walking distance from town center. Parking facilities excellent

Payment procedure to complicated. An option of simple payment by creditcard via booking com would have mede the procedure much simpler and les expensive.

Modern, clean, very secure apartment with good-sized balcony. Located on 5th floor with part view of Moorea across city scape and some brilliant sunsets. Also has secure under building parking. Money machine and supermarket 3 mins around corner. About 15 min walk to main centre which is a very pleasant stroll along waterfront. Maru Maru restaurant about 10 min walk - if you want a great meal search this place out - a real hidden gem with exceptional food and service. Highly recommended.

Payment had to be made by bank transfer which was fiddly doing a transfer from NZD to XPF. Had to convert to Euros to do transfer. Would be easier if able to do charge to credit card.

The full address would help for check-in though the name of the building is written in front. The elevator broke down on the weekend so could be difficult for someone living with a disability.

Maybe a fan in the bedroom

The apartment is located on the edge of the downtown area. We did not hire a car, nor did we need to since we were able to walk to the cruise port (about 20 mins away by foot). It is conveniently located for strolling through downtown Papeete and to several good restaurants. Also loved that there is a washing machine available. The apartment is quiet, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's close to the park and waterfront. It was perfect for our stay.

Only regret our stay there was short.
