This property was well managed. House was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean which is important to us. Location was central to our travels and neighborhood was quiet and not overly busy. We look forward to returning to your property again.

The property looked just as pictured. Very clean. In a quiet residential area 15-20 minutes from beaches. Would definately stay again!

My husband and I stayed a week at this property and enjoyed the thought and care put into this home. So clean and comfortable.
It was a perfect base for us to explore from Sarasota to Punta Gorda. We made daily trips to the Venice Pier and Casperson Beach. Even found a shark tooth!
The outdoor screened patio was lovely even though it got a little cold while we were there. We would return again.

Hot water is only good for 2 showers. So everyone had to rotate when they took one. Guest bedroom mattress and pull out couch mattress were horrible with foam pillows. Other than that the house is cute. Owners responded to emails and texts in a reasonable amount of time.

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The property was very clean and had everything we needed and is also in a great location! The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had all the basics that we needed. Also, it's close to stores and the beach!! The owners are very friendly and really do care about you enjoying your stay.

We arrived at the property to find it fully loaded with every need that we needed, from beach chairs to appliances, linens, towels, patio chairs, cable tv, and more.
The house is well maintained. It was very clean and nicely decorated.
We found the location to be central to our favorite places in Venice with just a short drive to Nokomis and Englewood. The neighborhood was perfect for walking the dog and the beach was only 15 minutes away.
There are a variety of shopping opportunities nearby as well. The owners replied im-mediately to questions regarding small questions about cable, etc.
Our only complaint is that we had to leave after staying 11 weeks. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay again.

Property was perfect, clean, well appointed and very close to everything in and around Venice. Loved the screened porch area at the back of the home, perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sun.

Very clean, just as described. Wonderful hosts, left information for you on the area. We have been to the area several times, but this would be great for someone who hasn't been to Venice before. We had a great stay.

Paradise perfection
This property was very clean and conveniently located in a nice little neighborhood. The owner was very thoughtful and this property had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property and hope that we can come back soon!

LIFE IS GOOD HERE
We loved this rental home! The whole process was easy and communication with the property managers was simple with timely response. The home was in great shape inside and out. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities we would ever need. Nice quiet neighborhood in a wonderful location close to dining, beaches and points of interest. We highly recommend!
