breakfast very poor cereal no milk jam no bread should not really be advertised as breakfast included. left it until last minute to inform of a security deposit luckily wife was at home to pay it. security deposit was speedily refunded after I left.

it was ideal for the work I was doing but would suit all types of people needing to stay from a solo traveler to a family.

it was clean and fully functioning kitchen with a living room for comfort.

Filthy dirty, said there was 2 bedrooms and there was only 1, rude owner. Offered a refund and told me to leave, once I left refused to do the refund as promised.

Great location to stay at very close to city centre, the room was very spacious and everything looks like the pictures. I would recommend a stay here!

No parking other than the road because someone else had parked in the allocated space. The address of the property is incorrect: it is Flat 16, Kavanagh Court and not 16 Kavanagh Road.

it looks nice on the pictures but was filthy.

this has to be one of the worst places I have stayed in. I manage a holiday let myself and hate to complain but this place was awful. the listing is inaccurate - it’s not 2 bedrooms - only one with sofa bed in the lounge. the washing machine didn’t work and there were hairs in the drum. there was no hot water when we arrived. There were no towels , tea towels , bare minimum cutlery and crockery. worse of all it was filthy - the bedding looked as though it had been slept in, the mattress was stained badly, cooker was dirty, half eaten food in the freezer - the list goes on.

Everything You need is there . Clean and Quiet . I would stay there again .

Booking .com needs to make people aware that this a 1 Bedroom Apartment .

Nothing! Didn’t even get access! Left a single woman alone in dark and then wanted a bank transfer for a deposit! I do not have internet banking and then no answer until next morning - worst night of my life
