Very good

All of the facilities were of a high standard. Excellent furnishings.

Excessive traffic noise intrusion. No double glazing meant it was like sitting on the pavement. This was a real problem. If you like peace and quiet you will be very disappointed.

This was our second stay at The Old School and we loved it just as much as before.

We had such a cosy and comfortable stay in The Old School House. The property contained everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect for exploring the region.

We liked everything about the property.

Very comfortable.

In exceptional condition and very comfortable.

Confused about who to contact when problem. Asked by booking agent to contact them and yet owner asked us to contact them. No wardrobe or chest of drawers in downstairs bedrooms and upstairs plug in sink does not work and rail in wardrobe too high for average person.

Work stayaway

Fantastic building, beautifully furnished. Nice touches throughout.

We were there for a week, a small thing but it would have been good to have a washing machine. Unless I missed it.

We really enjoyed our stay, great location to explore the local coastline and villages.

We loved the conversion and decor and the cosy evenings after our day’s out exploring the Suffolk coast. The host was easily contactable and helpful.

The upstairs mattress was a tad uneven, causing one to roll to the edge.

Beautifully fitted and maintained, a really lovely conversion. Well equipped and quality bed linen.

Excellent property (apart from comments above), comfortable, clean, excellent quality.

Location was good.

Small bath towels, towel heater did not switch on in the bathroom so towels did not dry, no hanging space in downstairs bedroom.

Exceptional, home from home

Everything you could want from a self-catering place, they have thought of everything. Beautifully furnished. We actually enjoyed the rainy days as our home from home was so comfortable. Plenty to see nearby but, a little further away (14 miles), we particularly liked visiting Sutton Hoo, the ancient Anglo-Saxon burial ground.
