We chose Jupiter Beach for our annual family get together. This house was absolutely perfect. Located within walking distance to the intercoastal waterways and restaurants. Short drive to all the best beaches, restaurants and activities in the area. We rented jet skis just 1 mile from the house. Or you could just skip everything and be 100% entertained at the house! Great pool, hot tub, large bar with TV's, all the yard games you could ask for. We took advantage of it all - beach life and the surrounding areas with equal time simply enjoying family time entertaining ourselves with the array of fun at the house. Meals were easy - large kitchen with everything you need, grills on the upstairs deck and down by the pool in the bar. You truly don't need to leave the house to have a fantastic vacation. The hosts are fantastic. Easy check-in, incredibly responsive and set up the house to have a memorable, perfect stay. We all enthusiastically recommend staying here. There is no doubt we will be back.

I could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house was amazing but the best part is the backyard/bar. We spent so much time in the pool, at the bar, in the hot tub, and just swinging on the swing. We had four little ones with us (3-10) and five adults, we fit wonderfully. There were so many things in the house (in the best way), didn’t bring a cooler? No problem. Want to go paddle boarding? They have you covered. Also Jupiter is strait up amazing and we were located so close to everything. Once the bridge is finished the house will be even closer to everything amazing. This was a great stay!!!! Note: Take into consideration the number of bathrooms for your group. There were two full baths, one outdoor shower, and one half bath and this was fine since we took half our showers in the outside one, I just don’t know how easy that would have been if it was cold.

This property was one of the best. Great host, welcomed us, showed us around. We had a 1.5 tear old toddler. They pulled out all the stops. The had toys, strollers, gates at stairs, gate around pool, swing by pool. We didn’t have to worry about him at all. Sooo clean, beds were so comfy, kitchen well stocked, TV in every room. The tiki bar was amazing unfortunately didn’t get to use it as much as would have liked to. We were there for my daughters wedding, close to everything. So comfortable and great location. We loved this home. Thank you, thank you!

This property was absolutely amazing. Brian was an incredible host and offered a ton of great recommendations. We took full advantage of the covered bar and pool area all weekend. Walking distance to Tiki 52 and Blue Point Marina and just a short Uber ride to some other waterfront restaurants. At a loss of words for how great this property is. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with everything you could ever want or need. From all the amenities to the awesome tiki bar, our family vacation was ideal. Upon arrival Brian met us at the door and showed me around to make sure I didn’t need anything additional or had any questions. Brian was also readily available always in case we needed help with anything. We had gone for my mom’s birthday and they even had some birthday balloons for her. The location is secluded enough to feel like you’re in your own oasis but close enough to groceries stores and restaurants. Overall, could not speak more highly of this rental. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed for a family visit to see local relatives. We were a family of 4 adults and 5 children. The house was very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and had anything you can possibly need. Very close to stores and restaurants. Beaches nearby as well. We will definitely come back for another stay!

I choose this spot because it is close to my Uncle's house in Jupiter. This place was amazing! Had everything we needed, no detail was left out. We enjoyed our time outside in the pool, hot tub and bar area. Lots of room to hang out and socialize with family and friends. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the outdoor shower!! Restaurants within walking distance with great food!! Brian was a terrific host, very quick to answer whatever questions we had. I will definitely be returning with my family :)

We had a lovely stay at the Tiki House. The Tiki bar was amazing and we enjoyed watching the Super Bowl there. The house is lovely and there was plenty of room to spread out. It was great to hang out in the backyard with the pool and hot tub too. Great location. Brian and Debbie were super responsive!

My friend and I stayed at the Hettrick house for a week with our adult children. The house was perfect for the 8 of us!! We loved the backyard especially the Tiki bar!! Brian and Debbie was extremely responsive and we will definitely be back!!

We travelled to Jupiter for a baseball tournament at Roger Dean Stadium. The house was about 15 minutes away and had everything our group needed. Our family of 4 shared the house with another family of 3. The boys were ages 16-18 and had a blast! The parents enjoyed the outdoor tiki bar setting for a full weekend of sports! What a great time! We had an amazing stay!! The house provided everything we needed for my wife's 60th Birthday !! The pool and outdoor bar area was the BEST !! Brian and Deb were perfect hosts. Docked our boat in the water very close to house. Great place Highly recomended !!!!

From start to finish the ease of renting the property to the communication from the owners everything was amazing. We booked this property for my 40th Birthday and there was a sweet surprise of flowers and a balloon wishing me a happy birthday. They also left snacks and coffee for us. The property was extremely clean and welcoming. Our favorite part of this stay was the outdoor area. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable from the lighting and music to fun outdoor games to play. The tiki bar was a hit with our friends as it was so relaxing and fun to watch football games. This house has everything you need for your stay along with the sweetest and most thoughtful owners we have met to date. We already booked our summer trip with them for next year and will definitely book with them for any other trips to Florida.

This home could not have been more perfect for our family vacation. We hardly needed to even leave the house. The yard games, pool, and tiki bar were the best... and all of that fun was accompanied by the comfort of a beautifully decorated and equipped beach home. We will be back!

One family -two generations and three couple. This spectacular house was a perfect fit for all of us to hang out at the tiki bar, pool, or fire pit together and/or take small breaks to watch tv, play board games or corn hole. The other days we decided to visit the beautiful beaches. We had it all on this trip. We WILL be back!!!

Pictures of property does not do it justice!! Just beautiful.. and the tiki bar is a hoot!! Tequesta is great area.. if you are Pickleball players there are courts with open play within a mile. Brian and Deb were just perfect hosts from surprise welcome gifts to quick response to any questions problems that arose.
