Everything. Nothing to dislike.

Did not realise there was no parking but the municipal car park was very near so not a problem.

Good location, pretty town, character cottage which was tastefully decorated and a short stroll to to the main street, attentive host who replied promptly to my messages.

only negative - beds a bit uncomfortable for some family members

Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, facilities, nice welcome pack which was unexpected, the shower was great, everything for a perfect stay would certainly use again.

Beautiful, clean accommodation with everything thought about. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, WiFi, all we needed.

Clean, well decorated and equipped. Good location. Nice little garden at the front with fairy lights. Great place to rest and explore North Devon. Good restaurants and facilities near by.

It was a shame that there was no dedicated parking especially when arriving & leaving

From arrival to departure we were totally relaxed and Lesley was always helpful. Fantastic central situation with all facilities within 5 minutes walk. Cottage finished to the highest standard and lacking in nothing. Perfect base for exploring North Devon by car or by bus pass. Thanks Lesley, we had a fantastic stay. Peggy and Roger.😊😊

We only stayed for 4 nights!!!

Beautiful house very well equipped couldn't have asked for more. Very nice touch with the welcome pack and fresh milk in the fridge etc. Very quiet at night slept really well and very comfy beds. The decor is really nice and the house is kept to a very high standard. When we arrived the house was immaculate and very clean and I am very fussy about cleaniness and i was impressed with how clean it was so 5 star. We visited some lovely places and a wonderful hoilday. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Good size cottage and rooms with nice little outside seating area. Well presented with stylish décor and nice touches such as milk, welcome pack, board games, hairdryer, pot of sand for cigarette buts and kitchen, laundry equipment. Very clean and homely. A lovely bathroom with deep bath and good shower.

Downstairs toilet needed multiple flushes on occasion. A little overlooked by neighbours. Pillows were quite hard. No parking.

Fabulous cottage in a great location, the property was cleaned to perfection and beautifully presented.

Brilliantly thought out renovation-Bath & shower fabulous, even has small utility room with wash machine Location in centre of South Molton perfect for popping into shops/pannier market ideal for me and my family. Parking on street easy to do for short period,£1.50 all day in large town centre car park Central for our needs to get to beaches/Exmoor zoo/gardens/walks-all within 30min drive

Everything good-road noise as off high street but not a problem for us might be if you are a light sleeper-noisier early on thursday morning market days! Blackout blinds in bedrooms- but light still escaping around edges as always does!

Good nearby parking (1 hour) to unload the car and permanent car park just a 2 minute walk.

Lesley really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She had left a little welcome booklet with useful phone numbers and local information, and the essentials like tea, coffee, milk, face masks, antibacterialwipes etc. The house was immaculate, and when our toddler found one of the windows upstairs wasn't fully childproofed, Russell came around straight away to secure it with an additional locking mechanism. My partner and I have both agreed that it was the best self catering accommodation we have EVER used. We are looking forward to booking with Lesley and Russell again very soon - thank you both so much for a lovely stay xx

Nothing to dislike! The only small gripe is the property doesn't have its own parking, but the car park is a few minutes walk in a straight line and incredibly cheap, so we weren't put out

There’s nothing to quote negatively.

Lesley was an excellent host, who went to a lot of effort in ensuring we had everything we needed and made the property spotless and clean. As well as a welcome pack, she even left us some wonderful creamy local milk in the fridge. (We bought some more from the Cheese Larder in South Molton.) Lovely fresh bed linen and comfortable beds meant it was hard getting my boys out of bed! There was a good supply of games in the house + local brochures and a large Smart tv. Very well equipped kitchen, with very easy-clean great saucepans! Nice looking surrounding houses with short lawns in front. Although positioned in the very heart of South Molton, the Paradise Lawn properties are set back slightly from the main road, in a peaceful area behind a gate. Fun little shops (including 'Paula & Julie' clothes - a real gem!) on the doorstep + a great fish 'n' chip shop which catered well for my coeliac son. The indoor 'pannier' market is also worth visiting, providing wonderful local produce and useful for presents home. Highly recommend staying at 5 Paradise Lawn!
