It was a small yet extremely tidy and comfortable facility.
Mr. Nahid was a thorough gentleman who is the best person you need to deal with.
You would love the hospitality and the breakfast.
If you don't need facilities like parking, Gym and Swimming pool, then you wouldn't find a place better than this.

I recently stayed here and I was impressed with the service provided by the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating, and was ready to help to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The room was also very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail taken by the housekeeping staff to ensure that everything was in order.
Finally, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located within walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy for me to explore the city.

The guy in the reception area (morning shift) was not talking in a nice way.
There was also a miscommunication. Our flight was very early and we were told that the breakfast will be ready at 7:00 am, however, when we went to check the day after, it wasn’t, and it needed one more hour!

Extremely good customer service. Neat rooms and overall a great experience. Rooms are small but you get what you pay for.
Wished the washroom was slightly bigger.

Everything was good in a good location you can walk around. Staff are very helpful. Instagrammable design.
I wish we can go higher floors for the view.

The hotel is small but they arrangement of properties was good and comfortable that let you feel more space you have. They prepared the delicious breakfast before the time due to my plane was early. from hotel you can see the Flame towers
baby properties was not available (Baby chair, Baby bed and kids club)

Mr.Nahid and Sureya was extremely very good at service and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just perfect: airport transfer organized, the room was spacious, very clean bed sheets, towels, bathroom. The staff at the reception was amazing - any request was attended immediately and with a smile. Special thanks to Suraya and the young men at night duty (sorry do not recall their names) who were very helpful. Definitely a place to recommend, in addition, it is a very good value for money. Keep up the good job done!
