About this house rental
All-Decked-out - is about lake views, family, and a little privacy. It is our Oasis from the busy hustle of life. Offering a great view from the east facing deck , gentle walk to the water, large inviting family gathering area, as well as deck seating areas outside the main level master and queen guest bedrooms are perfect for quiet morning coffee. We have 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks as well as a cornhole game for outdoor fun!

What an amazing getaway! Close enough to what you need but far enough away to see the stars! If this place had wifi, it would have been the perfect spot! A beach right out the back door. Plenty of room to do whatever you want and plenty of rocks for skipping! We had a party of 8, and there was plenty of space for more! Perfectly spaced between Branson and Eureka Springs! I definitely hope to return someday!

The home was very clean, the view was absolutely gorgeous of the lake and the marina was close. Perfect for our large family getaway, property owner was beyond generous and let us check in a little early so our niece had time to get ready before her wedding! We loved it so so much and if it had been available would have stayed an extra day. This home will likely be something we look at yearly for our family fall vacation.

The front door knob/all sliding doors need a shot of WD-40. Very hard to get them to turn/close/lock. That stove is crazy! Took 2 hours to make baked potatoes but then burnt the frozen pizzas. 😂
We had planned on grilling steaks and soon realized the grill was out of propane. Ok, no biggie, there was another tank. But for a group of 40-50 yr old women, we could not get the propane tank off to change it and there was no basic toolbox to help us. Maybe keep a wrench hanging on a hook or something? Also, we noticed a couple outdoor lightbulbs were out and/or missing. (If you were not aware)
Overall, we were VERY impressed with your home and would actually love to book it in the future. We were thinking July 2024. Please let us know when your schedule drops for that season.

The location is far enough away that makes it so peaceful but close enough to be in either Branson or Eureka Springs in no time. The house is well maintained and clean. Coffee in the morning on the deck was the best!!!!!

We go to Table Rock Lake every summer. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family of 11.

I booked this trip for my spouses 40th birthday. The views from the deck are amazing. The pictures do not do this house justice. Everyone was beyond impressed with the overall experience. You cannot find anything better than this. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place to do it in. We are definitely coming back!

We loved this place! The property was perfect, right on the lake. So Clean and the beds were comfy. Slept great! We would definitely recommend staying here. Big "M" Marina has an awesome restaurant and helpful boat rental. 5 Stars all around!

Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I brought our kids and parents for a fun get away. The house was very quiet and relaxing on the water. We had an amazing time and would definitely rebook!

Excellent stay!
We really enjoyed staying at Eagle Rock. The house was very clean and right by the water. We were able to have a campfire every night (bring your own firewood) and we used the kayaks in the cove right by the house when we had good weather. The area is very quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to get away!

We had such a relaxing stay. The kayak's were so fun! There was a beautiful dog that visited us every day and was so calm and loving! We saw tons of squirrels and even an armadillo scamper across the yard!
We noticed that the paddleboat was broken, looks like the steering wheel or lever had been broken off. So sad we really wanted to use it. The grill was an added bonus for sure! We used it every day! We couldn't figure out how to get the bug zappers to come on. It looks like the outlet they were plugged into was damaged as there was black charring on it.
We enjoyed smores around the fire pit!!!
The kids were not too pleased that there was no wifi, but it didn't bother the rest of us one bit to be unplugged for a couple of day! LOL
Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely keep this one in our books to rent in the future!!!
