Large townhouse with 5 bedrooms in lovely community. Fenced in backyard for dog. Many activities available: indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pickle ball, tennis, and golf, of course.

The house had everything we could need. Lots of space and pet friendly! We had a relaxing stay and would definitely rent again. Greg was very attentive and answered our questions quickly.

The house is very close to several beaches. The house was so inviting. My parents, siblings, and their spouses nestled around the fireplace reminiscing together while our kids watched movies they liked downstairs! We took our dog who loved the house as well. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make or warm up meals, the fridge was big, the bed linens and towels were nice and clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and had enough parking for all of our cars. We had a great time! The house was beautiful. Thank you to the owners and property managers for taking great care of us. We really appreciate it.

Stay was great! Location was very nice also, I’ve stayed at Bear Trap before so I knew what to expect but they should let you know that there are fees to use amenities. I also feel that the cleanliness of the property needs to improve! I found myself cleaning a lot when I got there so a new cleaning crew is very much needed other than that it was a nice place. Definitely would recommend.

The house was great. The location was great. I wish we would have known that there was an additional fee for the on site amenities though.
