The place was very nice kids loved it. Lots of room, kids liked the games and puzzels. Pools were nice. The book with the info needs to be updated with pool times and some other info, other then that had a great time. Thank you

This was a very comfortable and modern condo with a great kitchen, and the entire condo was super clean! A great place to return back to after after a day exploring this wonderful area. The owners put a lot of thought into the kitchen supplies as well as other supplies. We were able to shop at the nearby grocery store and come back and prepare meals for the family - we lacked for nothing. And the condo provides easy access to the private sports club. Our kids swam in a very nice pool (indoor and outdoor) every night. This was definitely one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed out.

We stayed over February school vacation and found the Forrest Ridge community to be a great fit for our family of four. The location is minutes from Loon mountain and even closer to a couple local restaurants and down the street from the grocery store. The unit was clean and updated, outfitted with plenty of kitchen gear to prepare family dinners. The layout on one floor was great and provided enough distance between bedrooms for the kids to have their own space. The kids loved the pool and mom & dad enjoyed the hot tub and workout room. Highly recommend! Brenda was easy to work with and was quick to reply with any questions we had.

This is perfect for a family trip. Three bedroom unit in a newly built 3 level condo building. Quiet area and very close to Main St, restaurants and Loon Mountain. The owner is very nice and responded to questions very quickly. I highly recommend this property.

This property was everything described in the listing and more! There were so many little touches, from extra blankets to pool towels, that made our stay really enjoyable. My family and I had tons of room to spread out and found all of the beds to be comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus for us and made getting out the door in the mornings so much easier. The location of the unit is excellent and we were just a short drive to the beautiful pools. I would highly recommend booking a stay here and hope to do so again myself next summer!

Enjoyed our quick NH getaway at this property. We’ve stayed in the area a dozen times but this was our first stay at Forest Ridge. Location was perfect. Easily accessible to highway and Kancamagus but also set back from the main road and quiet and peaceful. Property was clean and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was cozy, clean, and easy to access. We stayed two nights for our trip to Santa’s Village. Beautiful location and grounds. The host was easy to contact and helpful with details. Highly recommend a stay here. We would love to return in winter for skiing !

Great condo with nice views out front. Quiet, clean, and very well equipped. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with quality utensils and pans! My family stayed here a week and despite a lot of rain we had a great time. Outdoor pool at the rec center is clean and well maintained and it was great that it had a wading area for my toddler and deeper water for my older kids. Brenda was a very responsive host for the few questions we had. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. It accommodated the six of us beautifully (4adults 2teens). The kitchen is well-stocked with everything and anything you’d need to cook. It is centrally located nears stores, shops and restaurants. The condo was well taken care of, and full of loving touches. The beds and living space were very comfortable. There were lots of games for both young and old alike, and a clubhouse with access to a gym and pools. It was the perfect family/friend place for a getaway. We loved it, and would definitely come back again.

We wanted a quick getaway up to the mountains for Memorial Day. We found this condo and it suited our needs well. We were so very pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo. It is brand new, beautifully furnished and decorated, with everything we needed for the weekend. There were linens and towels provided, lots of games, and everything we needed in the kitchen including a Keurig and lots of condiments. We happened to have crappy weather that weekend, but it was perfect for a cozy game night by the fire. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!!
