Just a mile from Rose Marina, this beautiful beachfront condo has views of the resort pool and a beautiful dock from the comfort of a private, furnished balcony! When you're not out on the water, stretch out in the spacious living room to watch your favorite Netflix movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The condo is tastefully dressed in beachy décor, burnished floors, and lots of comfortable furniture. The full kitchen has plenty of workspace and small and major appliances to help you assemble a delicious meal, and you can serve up to four guests at the attractive drop-leaf table. Take a short walk to explore the many on-site amenities that include the shared pool and tennis court then come home to cool the place down with the central AC. The elevator will make it easy to access your suite, even with an armload of groceries, and you can take advantage of the free WiFi to research your next beach adventure! Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to courses. You'll have waterfront dining and bike rentals to discover within walking distance! Enjoy spectacular seafood at the Snook Inn or Leebe Fish Inc after a visit to Dolphin Cove Marina, where you can rent boats or jet skis or charter your very own Dolphin Tour! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Snowbird-Friendly - Contact us to inquire about special rates! Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Dock details: Guests cannot park a boat at the marina. You walk through the pool deck to get to the marina. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. lack of a bureau or chest of drawers in bedroom was unusual but there are other cabinets in hallway to use

We were disappointed with our stay. We were not informed in advance that property renovations were in progress. We were denied use of our lanai after the second day of our stay and actually had to leave the property at times during our stay due to noise levels. We have contacted Vacasa to ask for a partial refund but have not received a reply.

Property is very nice and clean and perfectly located to everything. Unit was nice but microwave did not work, tv in Livingroom was out. called and a day later they fixed it. Could not sit on balcony due to one wall had screen missing & the bugs would carry u away. no parking for a boat every where in town was 400 for a week.. Security guard/Girl is an annoying mean nasty person. every year she will yell at the kids or harass us while we are in the pool, or watch us like a hawk for everything. We reported her but 4 years later she is still at it. WAS NOT happy with this stay at all this time.

We have returned from our stay at the Riverside Club and wish to provide you with our feedback. The unit itself was a good layout and the bed was beautifully comfy and there were loads of really good towels. However the on site staff are VERY CLEAR that they have NOTHING to do with rentals other than to issue car parking permits and therefore there was no interest in the pool not being available which was disappointing. More importantly, the front door lock of the unit was really poor and in our opinion definitely needs replacing and none of the light bulbs worked fully (with no replacements in the unit). We loved Marco Island but would not stay at this property again. Bit of a shame since this was a trip for our wedding anniversary.

Beautiful quiet location within walking distance of several restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. Nice pool, rental boats and waverunners nearby. What would’ve made this stay Perfect. Would have been 2 beach chairs and two beach towels. Washer and dryer would be nice too. There is one down the end of the hall bring quarters. Everything was very clean. The Lanai has a screen missing.

We checked into this condo on Christmas evening. The next morning at 8:00 a.m. we awoke to the sound of drilling and pounding in the condo next door to us, which ended up going on until 5:00 pm. According to the workers, there were multiple condos around us that would be undergoing construction for the rest of the week. This condo would have had a very nice view from the deck, but the next day, our deck sliders and window were taped up with heavy plastic because the exterior was going to be painted. The painters said it would take a few days. We were not informed about any of this, and would not have chosen this condo had we known about all the construction, noise, and lack of any view to the outdoors. The management company said the owner must have been notified by the condo association, but that she did not even tell them. The pull out sofa in the living room had a broken frame rendering it useless, with one end of it pointing toward the floor at a 45 degree angle. But this was the least of our problems. After multiple calls and texts to the management company (Vacasa), we asked for a refund or to be moved to another location. Vacasa staff spoke to the condo owner, who offered us a maximum refund of 10%. That was unacceptable, so we asked to be moved, and by the end of the day, Vacasa had reserved us a great condo on the other side of the island, which was more expensive, but they paid the difference. There are many other, nicer condos to choose from on Marco. We would never stay here again, but had a good experience with Vacasa.

The view of the Bay from the kitchen and living room was beautiful. The condo was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. Our only complaint is bugs on the kitchen counter and we were constantly killing them.

The unit is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one needs! It is bright and spacious with a spectacular view. The amenities in the unit were very well provided in the bathroom and kitchen. I am so happy that I stayed there.

What a perfect 1 bedroom for a couple or even 3 people! The view is awesome and so is the location! The pics accurately reflect the condo.

Had a great time. Did find a few small roaches but I really do think they’re moving around due to the construction on site as the property and unit is very clean. No obnoxious noise from the construction. Will definitely consider staying again if we return.

The property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed! The water view was amazing and we could sit for hours watching the boats go by. We enjoyed the pool as well as the nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!!

We had a great time visiting Marco again and the condo was very clean and perfect location. The “owners” are not friendly with the “renters.” If you plan to use the amenities on the property, especially the pool area, be prepares for the full time residents to stare and even make rude comments. We had people taking photos of us since we had pool tubes, which is also not allowed.
This was the most unfriendly place we have stayed in Marco,.

Nice location with view of Sound. Easy to get to and nice restaurants nearby. Loved the Pickleball courts. The full-time residents were a little “Stand-off-ish” since we were visitors.

The screened in patio/deck has a gorgeous of the water, we enjoyed having our coffee and watching the boats cruise by. We even spotted some dolphins one morning. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary.

Very clean. Pool was always perfect temp. Pool is right next to the boat docks. Relaxing watching the pelicans and dolphins. Walking distance to the Snook Inn and Rose Marina. Bike rental right across the street.

Stayed for a mini local vacation and stayed at this lovely condo. It was nice and clean. When we arrived, one of the elevators didn't work but there was another working one and was fixed in 2 days. The coffee machine stopped working and I contacted the Vacasa to let them know (thru no fault of our own) and the representative offered to have it replaced that same day. Being that I brought my own mini espresso maker, I declined but they were made aware of it for the next occupants. Rep was very pleasant in putting me at ease. Everything is nearby and was quiet and lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This condo had a great view of the water as it was located right on the marina. It came well stocked with kitchen items such as tupperware, silverware, cups, plates, and bowls. The pool was very nice and was not too crowded at any point. It is within walking distance of a couple great restaurants and only a short drive away from other restaurants and the beach. While it says that this location sleeps 4, it is probably better for 3 guests as there was only a pullout and a king size bed. There is also a great screened in balcony with outdoor seating.
