Visitors must be limited. The owner of the house lives on the premises with their two children. No pets. They have their own entrance. However, we are close to Montauk Hwy. Across Montauk Hwy. is Jones Rd., which is a large residential neighborhood with many walking opportunities. If walking the trails interests you, their is a trail that connects to a larger trail system just at the end of the block. There is a shopping center 3/4 mile up Montauk Hwy. We are a 3 minute walk away from North 1 Steakhouse and Centro, which are popular area restaurants. The Hampton Jitney as well as the Suffolk County Bus system has a bus stop 1.7 miles up the road at the Macy's in Hampton Bays. The Speonk train stop on the LIRR is 9.7 miles away, but the Hampton Bays train stop on the LIRR is 2.2 miles away.
