About this house rental
Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath golf cottage in award winning gated community. Includes WiFi, basic cable TV, Fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, kitchenette in 2nd Bedroom and screened in porch with private wooded view. Bluffton is conveniently located just across the Intracoastal Waterway from Hilton Head Island with Savannah about 21 miles to the South and Charleston 87 miles to the North. The cottage is equipped with electronic locks so that you can arrive without having to meet someone to provide access ( although we will certainly arrange to meet you upon arrival if you prefer.) House Rules: Enjoy yourself. No Pets. No smoking.

My husband and I stayed at this very comfortable cottage for a week. We are in the process of building a home in Hampton Hall, and we had to meet with our builder. It was somewhat hectic going to different places to pick out exterior finishing for our house, so it was nice to have a place that we could just relax at the end of the day. This cottage’s excellent location makes it easy to explore the area. We would love to stay here again.

The golf cottages in Hampton Hall are perfect for a getaway, and Richard’s was as advertised. Clean, well appointed, would definitely stay again.

My family stayed here over Christmas. It’s so roomy, had really comfy beds, a well stocked, large kitchen, has lots of great DVDs and CDs for the stereo/video system, and there’s a washer and dryer! our kids loved their big room with 2 double beds and their own TV and bathroom. It’s on the golf course and walking distance to the club house for golf enthusiasts but still private with trees between the course and cottage. The neighborhood is so nice and safe with 24/7 gated access. The owner was very helpful and accessible if needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Seamless from start to finish. Super responsive, accommodating, friendly host. Check in was super easy with the key code that was provided. Cottage was clean, cozy and had everything we needed (we also loved it had a Keurig). Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in this property. It was exceptionally clean, has a large kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and dining in. All the furniture was very comfortable. It has a large screen porch and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening and watching the deer walk by. The location is so convenient to everything in Bluffton, close to Old Town and a quick drive to Hilton Head Island. Highly recommend this property. Also the owner was very responsive to all of our questions when we were booking our stay. He made the check in process very easy.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this adorable property It was perfect for the two couples who were in town for a wedding. I do encourage others to pack some wash cloths and an extra bath towel but otherwise it’s well stocked!

Once I found this property was available, it was very easy to lock it in. We also had to shorten our stay within the allowable timeframe and Richard immediately processed our credit.

When the wedding was back on this year, I went back to VRBO and found the Hampton Woods golf villa. When I inquired if was available, the property manager got back to me right away and our stay was confirmed. This property is fantastic and is situated in the most fantastic gated community you could ever imagine. The price point is unbelievable for what you get. If you are looking to stay in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area in the future, no need to look any further than this property. It is fantastic.

Beautiful house, kitchen has everything needed to cook. Interior decor and furniture are first class. Great location near golf course club house, easy parking in front.

We were pleased with the house and location! It was nice being in the gated community that offered wonderful sidewalks for morning walks. The house was well equipped and had a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area. It was an easy drive to the grocery store and to Old Town Bluffton. Booking, check in and check out were a breeze! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
