This was a great value for the price and the location can’t be beat! Pros: -Nice clean room, comfortable bed -Great location- Fisherman’s Warf, Ghirardelli Square, pharmacy & convenience store, restaurants and cafes all easily walkable -Large lobby with fun things to do- billiards, shuffleboard, cornhole, arcade game, etc. and a small bar -Staff was friendly and helpful -In-room lamps include outlets and USB ports for charging devices -Cool aesthetic, modern vibe -Noon check out! Cons: -Continental breakfast costs extra, pretty pricey -Walls are thin so hallway noise, neighbor noise, and street noise are present. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. -No bathroom fan really, so it takes a bit for steam from showers (and odor from—other bathroom usage) to dissipate

I love this place....but on the web it says free breakfast and that is not true, on their amenities it says free milk and cookies did not see, and NO FREE coffee which it says online. Otherwise friendly staff, clean and great location.

We love this place! Been there 2x now and this will be our go-to spot forever. We hope they keep thier prices reasonable and the laid back vibe. We love the games in the lobby area. And the staff is amazing. Keep doing what your doing Becuase it’s perfect.

I booked two nights at the place, didn't know it was a hotel based on VRBO listing. I booked one night and then another night shortly after. We didn't know it was a hotel until circling the block a few times looking for the address. When checking in was told "you have two separate reservations", I asked if they can merge them and we can have the same room, and was told yes. Later that day, the card was deactivated and the room was not cleaned. When I asked about it, again I was told you have two reservations... I asked when I checked out if I could get a discount due to card deactivation (was a hassled) and the room wasn't cleaned, and was told they would give me $10 off the parking, since it was two separate reservations. They are also trying to charge my credit card for additional night. Not very together for a hotel that charges what they do. I guess I can't post the rates, per VRBO, so they have been removed.

My one issue was that our car didn't fit in the parking lot. We had a truck with a camper, and I had asked if it would fit in the parking. I was told it would, however it only fit in the limited top side parking lot, and the only available spots were not accessible as we were too large a vehicle to maneuver into the spot. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating, though. She let us park in one of the temporary guest registration spots with not problem. Just be wary if you have an oversized vehicle. Otherwise great place!

What a wonderful place to stay! We fell in love with San Francisco and this place is right by all the cool stuff! I was so impressed with how big the room was and how clean the property is. The staff, manager included, was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Great location in many respects, we didn't realize how big the city was. The After a day of walking and Ubering everywhere we rented a car and saw all the sights we wanted to see. Renting a car is advice I'd share. The housekeeping staff were also very nice. Thanks for being so welcoming.

Only thing I could suggest is they should have 2 people working during peak times .The poor gal was working way to hard and had a constant line of people and seemed a little stressed people having to wait along time in line. She was good at her job she just needs a helper to keep things running smoother…

The pictures are accurate and the property was clean, new and its location is ideal. The checking process was easy. The lobby area and group area are wide and spacious. This is nitpicking but the property manager took almost a month to respond to my message; best to call

This property is family friendly, clean, comfortable and a great location for vacation! The staff is helpful and super nice. We enjoyed playing games in the evening and relaxing on our room. Highly recommend this property and will be returning ourselves!
