It was a lovely property well maintained, clean, very spacious and had very thing that we needed. Not too far to the beach a 10 minute walk which was acceptable. Perfect for where we wanted to be. Enjoyed the experience.

The only down side was that due to the high temperatures there was only air conditioning in the main bedroom so the rest of the villa was rather hot and was uncomfortable even with the fans.

We loved the house, we had a lot of fun there. The garden is beautiful and the owners so kind. They made sure there was coffee and milk to get us going and there was soap for washing, toiletries etc for our entire stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and is super wel located between Francavilla al mare and the center of town. Thanks for the lovely stay! Iris & fam
