The fact that a house was advertised but it turned out to be just a couple of self contained rooms in the owners house

Il Capriolino is a perfect choice if you would spend some days, weeks exploring Firenze and the beautiful surroundings. The apartment is very new, modern and stylish. The bedroom is huge, with lot of storage space. The mattress is very comfy. The kitchen is big, well equipped. Beautiful panorama. You can have some cozy time on the huge terrace. The host, Elisa is very nice and helpful. We will definitely return.

Lovely and peaceful experience at the Capriolino! Lapo (Elisa’s Hausband) welcomed me in a very kind way. He also helped me setting up the road map for my cycling tour around the world most beautiful vineyards in the region of Chianti. The apartment is located on top of a green a peaceful hill in a strategic location nearby Florence and well connected with the highway, The apartment is new and the furniture is well refined; I slept well as the bed is comfortable. To sum up it was a great experience to stay at Capriolino and the price is very well balanced. Elisa and Lapo are warm and friendly people but at the same time they help creating the privacy you need. I definitely recommend this place which I will visit again soon!

My stay exceeded all my expectations. Elisa is the most perfect host; welcoming, attentive and really caring about your needs and wishes. She will make you feel like home. She prepared the most delicious fruit tarts for my breakfast; best Italian "crostata" ever !!! The place is such a delightful corner of paradise; perfectly renovated, full of light with all the commodities you have in your own house. The private outdoor space is the cherry on the top ! My little dog and I had the best, peaceful stay at Capriolino, enjoyed every single minute to the fullest !
